Upon clicking text boxes, the keypad doesn't appear

Very limited and clunky

Nice app. Two comments: 1. It would be nice to select a station from a favourites list rather than having to re-enter the station name from scratch every time. 2. The 'search for departure' results are not always correct. Two examples: if I enter 'North' I don't see Northfields in the results. If I enter 'Ealing' I don't see South Ealing.

Indubitably pre-eminent. World class.

It's good but a few key features are missing and should be added. For example, the metropolitan line offers fast and semi fast services in the Peak times. The live departures doesn't show if it's a fast or semi fast. At least, it could tell you what stations train on the metro line call at. Please think about adding the feature in the next update

Really useful for me as a tourist and not familiar with tube train times. In general very useful, practical and easy to use. I also liked the way there is a tube map to look it so I could check I'm travelling in the correct direction!

Very organised and presentable app. Two areas for improvement: 1. In journey planner you should include the station where the train is to terminate. 2. Are you planning to include overground/DLR trains in a future update?

Very accurate. Interface could do with being a bit more intuitive, but functionality is spot on.

Minor bug fix, when the map page is already open, clicking on "Maps and Directions" in the Navigation Drawer makes the map vanish.

Useful

I wanted an app that would tell me if the approaching train was semi-fast or all stations. Unfortunately, it just tells me to "check front of train" so it's of no use to me. But, I can see how it could be useful. It's easy to navigate the app and responds quickly.

Needs an offline mode. I want to plan while in the system and have no signal. I am more concerned which carriage to get on than when the next tube is, the platform signs can tell me that

Could do with being able you scroll through all stations when searching. No carriage/exists for central line.

Detailed mapping/routing of journeys made on The London Underground rail system.

Looks nice and responds quickly but very awkward to use. E.g now/weekend status screen does not show which is currently displayed. Not obvious how to show departures. Cannot change to different deps without going back. Deps display is confusing. Does not distinguish terminating arrivals from through trains. Summary & detail dep screen don't show station to which they apply. Does not show that Holland Park is closed. Shows toilets at NHG but there are none.

Can you add more features and also make an ad free version. I'll happily pay as it's a really good app with livr arrivals and last train and first on each and every other day.

Basic, does the job. Would be nice if the map could be updated to the 2016 one though.

Its ok but the constant pop up asking to rate the app, even though it's been done is a pain in the a@#e.

Not so useful to actually search out routes: need better integration with bus routes and National Rail.

Maybe a favourite or home station. There is no departure board ar my station so I have to use this daily

Sometime is working and sometimes is not working.

We used this app and at first thought it was brilliant. No. It got us on the wrong train and then wanted to send us a completely long way. We were almost following its route which went from Notting Hill Gate via bond street to Westminster but noticed a sign that said Westminster so followed that and it took us there with no changes and in less time. STICK TO THE OLD METHOD OF FOLLOWING THE MAP AND SIGNS OR DOWNLOAD A DIFFERENT APP. ... SORRY

Well designed, runs brilliantly and is so useful for any busy Londoner. Keep up the great work.
