There is a serious payment bug. Whenever you go to pay via debit the authorisation just stalls and you can't reload anything. I had to go the site buy an order. However when successfully paying on the site, the app doesn't load the last payment details, regardless of whether or not you have deleted the previous card. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to be able to buy some food. A bit daft. Also the lack of android pay is just sad

So some reason my password changes everytime i try to use this app. I end up using Hungary House simply as my password dont change or do pop messaging sayiny ive made to many attempts.. verification shouldnt be inconvenient or stupid!

Food for Thought! Used this bad boy everywhere I go when I can't be bothered to cook. Has not ever let me down once. App is easy to navigate around and promptly gets the order through to the takeaway. It's so easy to use even a monkey can make an order and pay via card or cash.

Seems like a decent enough app but would be good to be able to specify when I want the takeaway to be available so that I can pre-order for a specific time (allowing me to order on my lunch break so that it'll come shortly after I get home tonight). This is available online, so why not incorporate it in to the app?

I am amazed at how easy to use the site is. I had no problems mentioned by others so hopefully doing the update will fix that for them. I'm not comfortable with many app ordering sites but this is so clear, easy to use and absolutely no problems. My order-a-phobia may be a thing of the past lol.

The app is good, however, with some issues from time to time. It can be slow and sometimes adding meals to the basket doesn't work (I had to use website to order food instead ). It would be great if the app allowed people to rate meals (not only the takeaway itself). Some of the takeaways make bad and good meals as it depends on the recipe they use.

I love just eat and use it a lot. But recently its really slow. There is often a 10 second delay when I press anything, and sometimes the items won't even go into the basket. Its a massive pain when I'm hungry :( seems to have a lot of bugs and delays recently

Ive had card problems with Just Eat before however since having the app I havent experienced problems. So far so good but its missing some ZING! Discounts and offers?

I used to use Just Eat a lot previously but I'm rather disappointed with the new layout. What happened to the search for a specific dish that was available before? It would be great if not essential to ask the restaurants / takeaways to actually give a detailed description of the ingredients in each dish just like menus in restaurants do. Finally a great idea would to allow customers to rate each dish to help potential customers decide on that particular dish. I've ordered dishes in the past and what I assumed the dish to be was not what I thought.. I just downloaded the Hungry House app to compare but Just Eat is miles better especially if my suggestions were implemented..

Just don't get the point. You can phone the restaurant to order. Sure you can use the app but if the order goes wrong as mine did using the bot to solve it does not work. The best thing to do is use the phone and talk. It's well presented but a bit silly really.

Asked you if you are a robot, gives you a quiz, goes back the robot screen and just sits there, thought it was a food delivery app? ...............seems fixed now so all good...

Absolutely love this app. It's for them nights you just can't be bothered cooking. Even if you don't fancy a walk there is a delivery option. Possibly one of the best apps out there For takeaways!

Usually no problems and works great but since most recent update all I get is a connection object error despite reinstalling it twice. This hungry woman ended up hungry housing it.

I love just eat but it's missing one mean thing android pay so only 4 stars for know sorry. As I use hungry house abit more at mo just for convenience of android pay.

Been using this app for ages now and suddenly its not working, with constant conection error messages showing no matter what you press. Tried reinstalling it but it made no difference. While it's a useful app I don't think it's very accurate and could do with better organisation and layout Edit: the connection issues were resolved and I see some layout changes that have improved so I changed the ratings. One suggestion I'd made is that there should be set tags e.g all desserts parlors under dessert, not some under cake, some under cafe, desserts etc. It makes it difficult to browse everything.

Used to be a solid 5*, then dropped to a 2* because of a buggy issue with the app. Don't know when it was fixed, but it is now, so back up you go to a 5* rating. Top job guys/girls!!!

Been using this app for a very long time but recently its been a real pain. Its really slow and keeps asking me to input my postcode despite it being set up beforehand. It also keeps asking whether I want to make a new order. The real issue is that I CANNOT ORDER ANYTHING, it does not give me the option to buy food. It worked fine last week but now there's so many issues. Is this something wrong on my end or yours?

This app is very click heavy. The UI is ugly. If you are required to authenticate your purchase, the app just hangs. I'm really confused why this app is so behind considering they have a template for a good app.

Brilliant app glad ive started using it found really good deals and cheap but quality food! Before this i was ordering dominos and my wallet cried

Very useful for those of us who struggle with phone calls! And also really helpful to see all the choices. One suggestion would be the ability to pay with PayPal! Although i guess that depends on the individual takeaway

Takes absolutely ages to move from screen to screen. Far too slow. So frustrating!

Absolutely disgusted! Just eat took my money and when the takeaway cancelled the order and didnt deliver i sent emails and tried to get a refund ive been told that apparently i DID recieve my food and the matter is settled! DO NOY BOTHER USING THIS!!!!

It's a really good app. Takes all the phoning etc away. I live in a small village and there's not much choice locally (Chinese takeaway)

I do not recommend just eat to anyone, I have problem after problem with my card when it works fine on hungry house! I have tried to get through to costumer services and it takes forever to load, the app always freezes and the only good thing about it is the restaurants on here deliver food on time

Used to always use Just-Eat and enjoyed the previous app but don't like the new look at all. Seems the app it very basically designed and is too plain and I always think I've opened Hungry House by mistake as it's the same cheap design as they use(d). Too much white going on which is a bit harsh on the eye. I preferred when the main colour was red as with white everything else looks washed out. The strange font doesn't suit the white backdrop either and the restaurant logos look weird and rather tacky as they don't blend in nicely like they used to and stand out for the WRONG reasons. Unfortunately I've moved on from Just-Eat and settled for an alternative because I don't like the app at all now where as a year ago with the old app I could spend hours contemplating an order whilst menu flipping! - Now all I'd get is a guaranteed sore head!! It's over. For good. Bye.

Does what it says on the tin but i do have some issues sometimes like my payment will time out quickly or it logs me off if i havent used it for a while and I have to try get myself logged in again. But once youre in, its easy to order and I like that you can easily change delivery address. Good stuff.

I like the just eat app. It occasionally goes down though which is why i dropped one star from the top rating. I use the app frequently and find it easy to use.

App is overall good. But when you get to the check out you add £1.00 for delivery and another 50p for paying by card! All takeaways offer free delivers on orders over a certain amount so unsure as to why you charge for delivery....
