Keeps crashing. Having trouble signing in from the update

Great app, relatively new so of course there's gonna be bugs guys! 1.) When a new order comes in app simultaneously crashes. 2- When you click on it's way/delivered without opening the order then proceed to open the order your previous actions have had no effect and you have to repeat on this screen multiple times. Integrated maps with a system to set a route for several orders in a chosen priority would make this app absolutely perfect. This is all from an android perspective (s6 edge) Excellent app with great potential making the drivers job more efficient.

Keeps crashing. And now it will not let me open the app. Keeps telling me i have to update when there is no update. Can this be sorted oit ASAP as it makes doing deliveries alot more complicated

Just Eat win millions and they don't afford to build an decent app.... Shame on you

Constantly crashes

Sorry guys but since the update a couple of days ago I have had nothing but issues with orders not coming through or coming through an hour after I delivered them. The app constantly crashes. It really needs sorting out as we can't give our customers a good experience of the tools we use are broken......

It takes 2 long and 1short button presses to take confirm that a delivery is on it's way, and when you do, they still press it at the shop which means it's delivered and it disappears in the phone, also why is not an option for to undo anything

Sorry but since update it crashes constantly and it now takes longer because drivers have to now accept orders then click on its way, just pointless time wasting

Crashing multiple times per hour (EVEN WHEN NOT TURNED ON).. Dont have a clue who programmed this, bit have a feeling its the same reliabilty as JustEat itself

Would be better if when delivery is made it showed time of delivery as it would solve debates with boss. Also I thought the latest update had undo button if you pressed wrong delivery by mistake?

Don't see any Undo buttons? Also would be good for the driver to see what has been ordered this way we could move to a paperless system.

Potentially good but Android version crashes constantly. Basically have to restart it every time to open it.

Takes the address off before y"ve done the address. Absolute crap

The app is quite buggy. Sometimes I click on its way and it crashes.

I try my new driver app it's says invilad pin or number which is both of them it's correct

Would like to have the option of loading up the whole receipt along side the LOAD MAP, & CALL CUSTOMER so I can check receipt at doorstep.

Click to open maps and the app crashes, then takes 3 attempts to reopen. By which time you've delivered and the customer is asking why the tracking stopped working after you left the street the takeaway is on. This app really needs some work

We giving you chance to make millions of pound but what for us nothing.!!! Good!!! At least give us 50p on each delivery.

For all the confused ones - app is only for delivery drivers,so customers can track their order,but not via this app,customers use just eat original app,you will not get pin unless youre a driver and app will be useless to you.

Who ever design this app ....have never work as a delivery driver before. And doesn't understand how a fast take away work. (Having 2 drivers using this software will never work)

Why does this exist? This makes you think as a customer you can use it to communicate with deliver drivers bit asked you for a mobile number and pin.
