I always failed attempting wild but this app made it very easy to enter the dream state without falling asleep the gentle vibrations keep my mind awake first night I used this app I had it on 150 for the vibrating power best lucid dreaming app ever!

I GOT A CASSETTE FROM MY DAD N 96 LISTEN TO IT EVERY DAY TO AN FROMWORK IT A GUY TALKING ABOUT HOW TO LUCID DREAM, I DONE TWO THINGS. I REPEAT TO MY SELF EVERY NIGHT ABOUT TO DOSE OFF, I WANNA CONTROL MY DREAM. I WOULD ALSO, IF I REMEMBERED ASK HOW DO I KNOW I'M NOT DREAMING, THEN PONDER IT.FOR A MIN AND GO ABOUT MY DAY..ALWAYS KEEP THIS SUBJECT IN YOUR HEAD, YOU HAVE TO CONDITION TOUR MIND, I believe those glasses that have lights flashing during rem. Would help but you MUST CONDITION UR MIND

Great app for what it does. Although I wish there was a "most used" settings options. Like if a big percentage of people used a certain setting and it worked that we could see it or being able to find a recommended setting (default?). Otherwise amazing app. I've yet to lucid dream.

Is not working for me . It works only on short periods of time like 5-15 min , but for a period like 4-5 hours it's not .pls fix this, I need this app. I'm having this problem on my galaxy s5. I'll try to reinstall the app maybe that will do something.
