I booked a taxi thru your app and paid with my card but the driver didn't show up. I have not been able to get a refund from intime. Pls kindly resolve

First time using this app. They sent me an email receipt saying the fare had been taken from my account, when I looked at my bank account they had over charged me by nearly a fiver. Not pleased. Won't use kabx again. So much for 'no hidden charges'.

Rubbish taxi never comes on time and the track your cab is a joke. Don't use this app if you want to get somewhere on time.

I downloaded the app requested the code 3 times still haven't received it so uninstalled

Rubbish, can't register no SMS confirmation and help email address bounces. Don't bother.

Booked 2.5 hours early, called and confirmed it had gone through, called me 5 minutes before time and said no one in my area and make my own way....?!?! Good idea for app but they can't handle it yet, plus discount code didn't work they sent me

Occasionally delivers what it promises, but all too often the estimates for when you'll get a cab are rubbish. Even worse it seems to allow a company to take a booking without allocating a car or a time - you can't blacklist the poor companies either. As the consumer this seems to be a poor attempt at copying Uber without the minicab companies having to raise their game.

Driver didn't even turn up

Safety so important. That counts for a lot for me. On so many levels, & reliable too

Tried to have this send me a validation code about 10 times still has not arrived

Always prompt, can track and also gives you register no and driver name

I had 3 taxi cabs cancelled by the app can't track most of the cars and it hangs the address you enter never mind the navigation is backward I wouldn't recommend this application to anyone at all

At busy times particularly at the weekend, the app stalls for a long time and can fail completely to order a taxi. I've also booked a taxi a few times and it hasn't turned up. Uber seems to be both cheaper and more efficient

This app was great when I first started using it but now its just better to phone I've had a lot of problems with this app from taxis not turning up after taking payment from my card to arguing with drivers about the fixed price they say the apps only a guide but fixed is fixed isn't it. Also Kabx need to provide there support number because I no you have one it would be a lot easy if you provided YOUR customers with a customer service !

I think the app is good but the "fixed" prices are not fixed, every taxi I have recently had the drivers have said that the app is purely a guide for price and charged me more! ! Up to 50% more recently! !! When I first started using it I was saving money as the drivers were going with the app price, but now they don't seem to.

I've tried many taxi booking apps and I feel that this one is the best. I recommend it.

Got made to download this to book a taxi. Download. Registered fine. Send text with password. Got a warning password doesn't work and unable to continue. Crap

This app was great for the first 2 days when it launched in Manchester but after then all fares came up as estimates even though we're fixed previously. I hot a cab with a fixed price and the cab driver decided to take the long way home for me to rip me off then kicked off when he realised fixed price, that's all he got. This was the reason I installed the app to stop drivers trying to rip us off but without the fixed price it is totally useless, quicker to get cab through the automated telephone service.

The app you can see were the cars are before you book. Awesome!

App needs major fixing and the prices are so extreme! Prefer Minicabster in manchester, cheap and cheerful!

I was trying this app and booked a taxi by mistake which I thought by logging out of the app would cancel. The taxi arrived within 2 minutes and I apologised for the error but amazing speed and easy to use.

Ordered a taxi and Goodwins Olympic came straight away!!!
