Post payment, the App returns to d last page of "continue to Pay". No msg on "payment confirmed" on the App. It can give u a scare until your email pops an e-ticket msg. No confirmation msg on mobile.

Why AC buses are not provided for intra state tours?

The is easy and simple to book tour packages run by ksrtc.

I felt this App software was built by Fresher's or college graduates.. Wondering how KSTDC accepted this kind of badly built app....

I m really shocked whether this app is working properly or not? I hv tried to book a package and after payment completed page it is asking not to refresh or use back button but whole day it is not getting back to the site and I got confused and msg came from my cc account transaction is successful but still I didn't get the confirmation ticket. It happened 2 times and I dont know what happened and whT to do...BD today is a national holiday...Is my transaction completed??

Dear sir/mam, We had booked package trip to Tirupati from Bangalore for 27th December 2016 for 4 people. Transaction was successful , amount was deducted from account but tickets not mailed or confirmed. I called KSTDC badami house for resolution multiple times and also visited in person, wrote a letter for refund to the manager also for which I was assured of swift resolution of the issue.  But even after 2 weeks it's not processed. I am really disappointed.

Receipt and booking confirmation of seats should be sent immediately by email to the tourist.

All over Karnataka tourist places in this app Thanks for giving this app Karnataka govt.

I don't know why this app is so pathetic , when kstdc has got public fund to spend ? It's sheer negligence from KSTDC . The App is of no use.

Registered via Google and booked hotel at mysore yatrinivas... but not able to login now..could the admin help????sick of it...

You don't get receipts for booking. Worst.

I reach the part where you select the rooms and when in select 2 adults its not submitting
