KhanaGaDi-Train Food Delivery

What did you think before starting this service,rich people do not travel in Indian railway only the people of midle class and poor people travel but the prices u kept for the food is no way affordable for us and also the quality is very low,The prices of your item is not reasonable at all,i'l complain about you people to the railway railway ministry.you fooling the indian public.

I have booked food from this site. Food quality was pathetic even worst than road side food. Delivery boy comes when train starts moving so i could not be able to check the items delivered. He supplied less quantity than ordered and took full money. They have tie up with road side vendors. I suggest you its better to buy food from the train pantry than this site.

Thanx a ton for delivering my food on time. My order id was KGD0010790. That too you delivered my food without taking any penny.Some important suggestions to fix few bugs in ur android app.1) after entering pnr it shows no data and redirects to menu selection page.Even filling all details manually again it redirects to menu page. 2) once I tried checking out got some error on cc avenue payment gateway. After every fresh order same error getting on checking out. Need to remove cookie or cache from app. THNX

Due to train derailment in Kanpur train no 11016 is diverted to another route. And due to modi's KADAK tea my parents don't have cash.train was late 18 hours. My parents were hungry.i ordered food on 5 pm but train reached the station Allahabad 8.40 pm but still these people waited for me and served food on 8.40. thanks to The manager of The Lazeez hotel and Khanadigaddi you really helped me n my parents.. thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Got food delivery in Surat food was really awesome. Only thing they should guide how much is quantity in one plate rice. I waisted 1 plate cause we order 2 plate for two person.

By the way the person telling it's worst than road side food is totally lier. I M regular user of khanagadi and totally satisfied with quality. Good job khanagadi.keep it up.

Despite 6 hours delay train at Agra fort, I received hot and fress food. A lot of app in market but this is best. Go ahead friend. Really best

I booked food they delivered at wrong seat but finally I got food. Food is very nice but charges are very high.

I'll suggest everyone to not buy their food , their quantity and quality is too worst instead of that you can buy station or vendor food.

Third class app very slow ,just like local train in the era of bullet train . Really disappointed.

Never rely on customer, try other options instead, they leave u like stranded in isolated island.. I was in train nd not getting internet connection. Called customer care as i was travelling alone i had issue in MOV value. Customer care told me to wait while he confirms from vendor. No call back received. When I called back they told vendor cant deliver and told me it was my fault to wait for their call and now if I increase MOV value as well food will not be delivered. Worst service..

Delivery boy reached in time, food was awesome I never think off to get such a tasty food during the train journey. Good please keep the same hygiene and taste.

There is no menu. How can one select the food. Is there no choice. App is not user friendly.

Prices are too high then travelkhana and irctc catering.. at same station and same hotels.. think about it
