Complete waste of time and money. They take a years money upfront and will not refund at all even if you have not even used it. To make certain I suggest you cancel right now to avoid this happening. The discounts are available elsewhere I see no reason to pay for this service.

Some great savings. Cinema savings are really worth it. We also saved a fortune on visit to London on the hop on hop off bus. Great saving had on a kids recording studio party local to home. Other offers not as good on savings as you can get elsewhere but overall, for the price I paid for annual subscription I have saved much more.

I signed up for the trial so great value for money. Have used the 40% off cinema tickets regularly and some kids eat free. Shame there aren't more Days Out in my area (South West)

had a free trail, tried to cancel vefore time was up, no facility to do this on the app, website not much better... have now paid for a year subscription for an app that doesnt give me discount where I live..!! fuming... please tell me how to cancel??

Downloaded the app, clear and simple to use and more offers appearing all the time. New version is so much better, really easy to find offers by clicking "show near me". Rang customer service to ask if they could get an offer at a place we go to with the kids all the time, they were really good said they would ring them and get an offer with them straight away!

Disappointed to find out if i joined via App id have got 30days for £1 instead of 14 when joining online- pretty unfair really!! And now i have an email offering 90 days for £1!! How can the offer vary so much!?

Kids pass is a total waste of your money!! Scam!! Plenty of offers available for free elsewhere. Signed for trial and couldn't find how to cancel, they took money without notice after the trial at a time when I was really struggling financially but completely refused to refund and cancel, customer service complete waste of time and completely unsympathetic. I understand this to be a common issue with this company. Avoid, avoid!! Do not sign up!!

This is the worst app I ever seen, honestly, never seen anything that slow. Probably the first (and the last) slow app I have ever encountered on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge! Big joke, you can't be serious people if you release something like this!

I thought it was a good idea signed up for three months tried to cancel and then I went on the main website and then it told me I couldn't as I wasn't a full member tried to phone and it didn't get sorted.. they took the money out for the year and then still won't refund it even tho I'd tried still got this till Sept and haven't used it once

Takes a while sometimes when scrolling through offers particularly restaurants, I.e. all bella italia will come up, would be better if it came up once and then when you click on it a list of locations come up. Also there doesn't seem to be as many offers when using app vs website.

Waste of my £1 trial, no useful offer AT ALL. You can beat their "discount" simply by doing the most basic research on money saving. Cancelling now without waiting for trial finished

Some great offers s and idea's if like me you don't have a lot of time with you're kids, book in advance saves you lots of stress and money. Would like a feature maybe for single parents

Great deals and places I haven't even heard of to save money but... the app itself needs improving with locations and narrowing down deals to that location

Saves me money on cinema tickets and kids go free at local restaurants. Only thing is the search could be better.

Have used this for cinema tickets and the odd free kids meals, and days out, good value and can save you money over the year.

Use this app ever holiday had it three years wouldn't live with out it now.

For all offers with kids pass make sure you cancel a good 4/5 days before its due to renew they always have offers so a £1 is a bargain for what you can save, just make sure you cancel in time

Had a problem with asking for a discount on the phone. Cust servs were very uninterested. However problem was sorted online. Whole experience out me off though.

Spent more money for Odeon cinema tickets than I would pay for normal ones! Even with the 40%off.

I use this constantly, saves me a bundle, added bonus I just got a year's free membership

I use this predominantly for cinema tickets which are 40% off, meaning I save around £10 each trip ... no brainer with three cinema addict kids!

Well worth having for any family. App works really well never any problems.

Good selection of places and discounts but the app isn't great, none of the tiles will load so you have to click all of them to see what's in them all.

Used app on number of occasions and had all discounts that it said I would saved a good bit of money in glasgow and when I Blackpool it ain't a waste of money it's value for money will continue to use it

Well had this for 2 months now, no use for it. Noticed on the app and on the websites that the search results are useless. Searched for lego and it says 2 results yet 0 results actually shown did this with several things same thing. Probably won't be renewing.

Only just got but already plan to book for London Eye and Vue!

Unprofessional, unfair, con, doggy company and app, most offer available free without paying anything or from better company or supplier, most app when it say free incure you I'm ongoing subscription. Not worth a penny even

Only used today but got it for 100days at £1 and already took my boy to the cinema at a 40% saving. Loving it so far :)

Excellent for finding things to do and a bonus that you get a discount and kids eat free at some restaurants

This app is good but I don't always find many offers in our area. I do like the cinema offers though

Bit difficult to find local offers effectively but otherwise use it loads for cinema.

Biggest pile of crap going, why pay for discounts that you can get by asking the vendor or get a better deal by spending 2 minutes on google

This has saved us loads and really simple to use as well as being great value
