There aren't enough atoms, and many molecules are missing, like sugar!

Sorry dev. I can see you put a lot of effort into this, and it looks good, but it's not useful. Building a molecule doesn't work unless it's built to stoichiometric ratios. So many simple molecules don't exist. Doesn't explain bonding. No mention of electrons. Can't recommend this to students.
