ATMOZ WIFI Heating Thermostat

App is basically useless since it rarely connects. Thermostat constantly changes temp and day. The whole system is terrible.

This app is essentially non functional. Initial install allowed me to find my thermostat and make a few changes. No vertical orientation option. If it connected and updated the thermostat, that is. Now, I cannot even edit the settings on my thermostat. Uninstall and reinstall did nothing. Deleting app data cache did nothing. I no longer have control of my thermostat via the app, unless I make another account. Not going to happen. Please re-do this app completely.

Takes awhile to connect device. Times out a lot. But once devices are set up the app runs smooth.

This app blows! Never connects. WiFi was the single reason I bought this thermostat. It crashes 95% of the time

This app could be so much better. If you are persistent you can make it work. First problem is not being able to input a private WiFi network SSID, so you either have to use a public one or change yours to public while you set it up. Then, when you're trying to input values into the daily program and copy to other days, it often crashes or won't load. I found if I only copy to one or two days at a time it works better. Still, sometimes it won't even load. Then there's the small annoyance of the horizontal screen only. Finally, in the update on 11/1/2017 I can't even open my programming on any of my 4 thermostats to edit them. Now I have to go find the manual and figure out how to do it by hand. King Electric- you are based in Seattle. Surely you can find a good app developer to help you out!

This app is awful. Extremely slow to load, doesn't even load half of the time, doesn't work in vertical position, sign up is clunky, the whole UI in general is very bad. Get a proper software company to build a better app for you please.

Doesn't seem to work in a vertical position on a phone. A nice addition to the program would be for the app to calculate how much it's costing you to run the baseboard heating. Seems easy enough to do. Additionally, when you're setting up a thermostat for the very first time you need to go in and at least set up some of the initial parameters manually before the app will recognize the thermostat and permit you to proceed further.

Setup was a little confusing, but works great after that. And setup was still only a few minutes.

Create account was OK. Can find the thermostat just fine with WiFi settings. Then the problems start. Apparently the app requires network access to connect/login and run but also requires you to connect to the thermostat via WiFi to set it up and change settings. This causes an app crash since connecting to the thermostat severs the network connection even if the Smart Switch mode is on. These are huge problems for a thermostat that just cost $129.99. Please fix and I will adjust my review accordingly...................................... ............................................................. Edit: After lots and lots of attempts, revamping my WiFi network, and some developer "bug fixes" I was able to get the thing connected to my wireless. The app gives you no option to input a SSID of a non-broadcasted network. You are limited to those networks that are public and within range. After connecting to my WiFi I needed to perform several app and phone resets (power cycles) to get the app to finally show the proper icon under contort control. I can now access and control the thermostat from both the mobile network and my home WiFi. Everything seems like it is working properly now! Note: The thermostat was able to maintain its connection after I disabled my SSID broadcast again.................................................................................................................. Edit 2: It has been about 6 weeks since my last edit. I can still log in to the application and see my thermostat and see what temperature it is displaying, but I cannot open the thermostat to make adjustments to any of the settings. The disappointment continues.

Create account is horrible, used facebook login instead. The horizontal only display mode is terrible. Interface is clunky
