Aplikasi Surveilans Posbindu PTM ini dirancang berjalan di semua tipe dan merk perangkat mobile yang terpasang sistem operasi adroid minimal 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), prosesor minimal single core 1 GHz dan RAM minimal 1 GB.

Aplikasi Surveilans Posbindu PTM dikembangkan agar dapat bekerja offline maupun online. Artinya petugas pendataan dapat mendata warga tanpa menggunakan internet. Online dibutuhkan hanya saat pengiriman data melalui menu sinkronisasi. Surveillance Applications Posbindu PTM is designed to run on any type and brand of mobile devices attached minimal Adroid operating system 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), a minimum processor single core 1 GHz processor and at least 1 GB of RAM.

PTM Posbindu surveillance applications developed to work offline as well as online. This means that officers can record the data collection of citizens without using the internet. Online takes only during transmission of data through synchronization menu.
