I was not to keen to install the app after I have read the recommendations, but did it anyhow. Now I wonder how I can trust that all the properties are still for sale? And then, if I choose to have a closer look at the property, how do I get back without going out of the listings, then have to get back in and re-review everything from scratch on? I would prefer to end up where I last was and go on searching from there

It is frustrating that most of the daily rental terms are incorrectly logged under monthly. Now half of your search results for a monthly rental term turns out to be daily terms, especially in cape town and holiday towns. Perhaps a report function would help to sort this problem out as users could flag or report a case where the rental term was logged incorrectly and then the careers24 team can review these cases. This would insure much more effective search results.

Despite the fact that all the different property types are listed and can be selected individually or grouped in pairs ++ for most accurate searches, it appears that agents and sellers advertise all of the below mentioned property types: apartments / townhouses / flats / clusters / complexes and freestanding homes all under the same umbrella .. IE ..house / home for sale / rent. Please investigate avenues to improve and measures to monitor / correct 'human' ? error. Otherwise love the app. Rgs

I think the app is fantastic, but I believe that it will be made awesome if the listings can be made current. That the sold or "no longer available" properties be delisted immediately. It causes heartache if the house you missed is still listed.

Some on the info is so not right. Went to see a property that i found and it was false advertising. When chatting to the agent she couldn't say on the phone that the ad is incorrect. She waited for my family to get there and tell us that the ad is wrong and that its too hard to change it on the site.

Wish to be able to filter according to plot size, house size and whether it is a duplex or single storey, whether it is in a secure complex or not. I don't wish to browse through the 100s of houses simply because I'm unable to filter them out.

Fantastic app it's just I can't seem to find houses in my particular province. It just shows results nation wide please do correct this one error...

I enjoy the app, specifically due to the easy access to a group of properties, including images of the properties. Another feature that I enjoy is the 'near your location' facility. I would however like to ask that you enter a internal report option as I have found numerous posts with images that have nothing to do with the property. For example, there is a property in the market near me which has no Seaview and doesn't offer any real value, but the estate agent posted pictures of properties with fantastic views. All and all thanks for a great app.

Find it helpful to b able to view pics and stats of homes far away from my location. Please just remove sold houses timeously. Some are still on site and no longer available. ...

The first realtor I tried contacting threw the msg panel at the bottom of the page says she did not get my msg only an automated response from the website came threw. The msg you send are not saved anywhere for any amount of time so now I have to try and remember everything I sent in that msg and I already have a negative outlook on the property.

Remember to remove all properties that have been sold sometime properties go through process of being sold and deal fails.allow us to see if the is still window of opportunities.if the are changing prices the should be a motivating reason and it should be shared.

When I enter free state I'm shown properties from all over sa even though I've clearly entered a province I'de like to look at, too complicated and a chore to use.

Very good app when shopping for a house. The only negative is that some agents map the properties in the wrong areas (or use deceptive descriptions).

Love the app. May you please add one thing on search, square meters. That's the only thing why I did not give a 5 star.

I like the app a specially the reference search function. My frustration is though, the same property appearing to many times in a single search.

Quality of info on houses very low. Need way to give feedback on wrong listings. Need to see houses close to current property. Need to group multiple listings for 1 property, who cares who sells it.

It would help if you keep listings current by forcing a weekly/monthly relisting. Its frustrating to look at properties that were sold.

This app has the most houses on view, and one can save your suburbs for frequent searching. Open house info and calendar options is very nb for house hunting.

It's Okey except that no one really gets back to one, if you've sent a message via the website, it might be because the house sell so fast, I don't know. But the replies have been poor on this website.

Agents don't call back. properties already sold. info outdated. waste of time

The location search doesn't work. I selected Western Cape only but then properties from Gauteng and all over the country keeps coming up.

Hi guys.. was the map search functionality dropped? If so why is there no mention of it? The website still mentions map search as a mobile app feature. If it is still available how do we get to it? It is probably the one feature that set you apart from the rest. Lack of communication not the way to go. Thanks!

Worst update ever. No map functionality available anymore and the search userability has definitely taken many steps backwards. Not even an "on show" function. Please move back to the old tried and trusted version because if it ain't broke don't fix it

Oh man. This new version of the app is so terrible... It looks like you were going for a web UI and smooshed it up to fit in a mobile... And also... You went from continuous scrolling to having pages... That's not good, at least give users a selection to choose from (continuous scrolling or paging)

No more map search? That is the only reason i used Property24. You need to force more agent to disclose the property location, what is the big secret? It's very easy to find property address on google.maps if no address is disclosed.

It's really not user friendly compared to the older version. This is supposed to be an upgrade, but by the looks of things, this is a downgrade.

This new upgrade is a step backwards. I now have to make endless clicks before I even get to search.

Worse update. Gives incorrect number of properties in areas. When I want to view it says there are none. Please fix the filtering or roll it back to previous version.

Please add a "Pets Allowed" qualifier. I can't believe you removed the map search!

Immediate feedback after complaint. Still would like the map function though.

If I select Secunda I only want to see Secunda Not all this mini towns around it

The map search is what set property24 apart from other sites. And now it's gone

Removing map search was really disappointing

No map seach on new version. This was the main reason I used the app.

Please bring back the search by map function as it was a great help and the main reason I didn't use the "other.. private... app"... If one could filter by the amount of garages/covered parkings, that would also be great. Other than that, good app. Thx

The app is marginally useful as an aggregator but would be excellent with the implementation of the following: 1. The app would benefit from a "number of garages" preference field for a more refined search. 2. As users we should be allowed to flag incorrect information, e.g. apartments listed as houses 3. All listings for houses should be required to have erf and floor area specifications . 4. Faster refreshing of information, removing sold properties as listings.
