If you already have a Cleco MyAccount, you can take advantage of the enrolled-only features of the application. To register for a MyAccount, visit www.cleco.com from your computer or mobile device. To access the enrolled-only portion of the application, you can use the same username and password that you use to access the full-featured site. You will gain access to your current and historical bills, system messages, payment profiles, recurring payment management and have the ability to make payments to your Cleco account.
Customers without a MyAccount can take advantage of Cleco’s one-time payment feature for a small convenience fee. To use this feature, simply provide your Cleco account number, zip code and payment account information using one of the supported payment methods.

Too much trouble to set up. System keeps kicking out entered info.
Already had my account set up previously with my info and the app already had my info! Very easy to use and convenient!
I just learned today, that this app existed. Every month I have the same trouble signing in to my account to pay my bill. It always tells me "wrong sign in name & or password." So, when I saw this app, I downloaded it, thinking it would be easier and no more sign in problems! WRONG!!! It's not accepting my sign in info! The "MyCheckFree" app accepts it with no problem! So, please tell me what the problem is!
