Cleco’s mobile application is now available on Android. It includes three main features to help you view, manage and pay your Cleco bills when you are on the go. It also is a convenient way for you to contact Cleco’s customer service team.
If you already have a Cleco MyAccount, you can take advantage of the enrolled-only features of the application. To register for a MyAccount, visit www.cleco.com from your computer or mobile device. To access the enrolled-only portion of the application, you can use the same username and password that you use to access the full-featured site. You will gain access to your current and historical bills, system messages, payment profiles, recurring payment management and have the ability to make payments to your Cleco account.
Customers without a MyAccount can take advantage of Cleco’s one-time payment feature for a small convenience fee. To use this feature, simply provide your Cleco account number, zip code and payment account information using one of the supported payment methods.
