Labor Sync allows employers and employees to track time and location right from a smartphone or computer.

Error downloading x5 .. re: developer response. Nice try. Im not an idiot. I had a solid connection. Wifi and 4g. Tried both and it gave errors regardless. May not be the app itself but, it still gave me error downloading messages. Maybe you uploaded it incorrectly months ago when i wrote this. I no longer need the app so have not tried since.

Entering your PIN everytime you make a move in this app is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a time saver but is more like a time eater. Unnecessarily difficult to set up. We will not be using this app.

Login or logout it asks if you want to add a note every frickin time so annoying, the notes if you do put them in don't get noticed since there isnt a notification or inbox they have to know the exact day the event the note is attached to. Were told over a year ago they were going to add the option to take a front camera photo at each event still no progress they must have one seasonal part-time programmer since very little has been done. If they added a plugin to have full control with Tasker/Locale we could have that app take pics when the login or logout event is triggered to the api and auto send an email or text to the receptionist what time or better yet the api give the info needed to make a direct link to the event that the note is attached to. So many other options if Tasker integration is added auto login certain employees where there at set locations or logout when they leave a location and more... this maybe something for techy users to test out with laborsync http://www.pocketables.com/2013/07/how-to-emulate-touch-input-using-tasker-and-root.html

We have had our employees and sub-contractors use this for over 6 months. Its been frustrating as it doesn't do as well in areas without wi-fi. The phone internet is not always enough to let them clock in or out and caused it to freeze. I would give it 5 stars if it was easier to use when no wifi is available. But it has an awesome online login to manage all users and gps location tracking. I love it when it works. Makes for less paperwork.
