My device was vulnerable, today I received Android update and it seems that it no longer is. So app appears to work.

It may be OK or even good. App is very basic with limited info. Developer needs to explain the method of how the app tests for the vulnerability. Should also extract some device info like ip address, os version/build, etc.

Can u not make an app using krack attack to steal passwords of WiFi....To my knowledge the attack can steal data but can it also steal password of WiFi......????

Looks like app is making decision based on only software version If you keep WiFi off ; still it shows vulnerable or not vulnerable Without turning WiFi on and connecting to access point , how could you check vulnerability Looks the app is not reliable Pls share how are you checking device vulnerability ?
