Constantly late with deliveries (last one took three weeks to watch 15 shirts) and they have lost two expensive suit pants of mine, returning instead two expensive looking dresses. They made zero effort to locate or compensate me for my pants and even worse it took them over a month to accept the garments incorrectly delivered to me. Absolutely zero interest in getting them to their rightful owner. I honestly dont think these guys will be around much longer. Use at your own risk!!!

I have been using this app for >6 months. At the beginning, service was great but over the last 1-2 months, service has gone terribly bad. First their speed service took 7 days to deliver my shirt instead of 2 as advertised. I decided to use it once again, gave my stuff on the 1st Sept and... it is not delivered yet (21st). Customer service isn't answering calls or emails so I don't know what happened to my laundry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this app, use another service.

Quite simply the worst experience of any online service-based business I have experienced. My laundry box lost (admitting full responsibility) an expensive set of bedsheets, failed to respond in a timely manner to polite and courteous customer service enquiries and the CEO continuously evaded making good on his constant promises of cash compensation. Court order now pending against the CEO.

The app is working. Their service is cheap. But I don't like that they misplaced my laundry. I received someone else's laundry. hope to get back my laundry soon. And I remember my mattress protector went to them looking white but returned looking lightest shade of brown. So not going to use their service again.
