The OneControl® mobile application by Lippert Components® (LCI®) puts the power into your hands to remotely control and monitor your myRV Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled LCI products using a tablet, smartphone or another smart device. Operate your leveling system, lights, bedroom slide-out, power awning and more with just the push of a button. One Control also allows you to check water tank levels, battery levels, and temperature. This app is so convenient. Great to walk around and watch slides come out out in from outside and inside. Some people seemed to have issues on the beginning but LCI seems to be addressing fast. So far no issues with my Grand Design 376th. Works like a charm.

Works but it doesn't keep my screen on. When my screen auto shuts off for battery save the wifi connection is lost and the OneControl stops.

After selecting mYRV, the application automatically finds the base unit. Then all I had to do was correctly enter the passcode located above the base unit. Incredible application, having the ability to stand outside to observe the slide-outs extend/retract gives me an extra peace of mind. Thank-you

When we first purchased the RV it works great. This is the second time we have used it and it no longer connects to the app. No matter what I try. My password has not changed yet it will not connect. The panel went out today and I had to go to the park office to get a paperclip so I could hit the reset button and thankfully the panel came back to life but because the app does not work I would have been dead in the water without the paper clip.

Leaves a lot to be desired, both the app & functionality. Both have the appearance, function, and user- interface design that you might find in a first year visual c programming class. 1 of my customers is in to be retrofitted with original LCI remote (no touch screen) and another is pulling everything and going to switches & relays. Both will get seelevel tank monitor. Then can see exactly what is in tank. LCI still using way old school 1/3,2/3,full levels. Fail!

I only have ability to work 4 things: stabilizer, awning, awning lights and slide. The awning lights don't work. Once i am set up there is no reason to have the app. It would be very convenient to turn lights on from phone or check monitor panel.

Not impressed! Won't work with my Galaxy S6 Active. I've tried everything. Uninstalling, installing, updates, settings, etc.. it just won't work. The LCI website says two business days to get back to me, sort of says they have a lot of problems to address before they can look at mine. I don't think a new phone for $500 should be the answer! Not happy at all!!!

Will not stay connected to on board Wi-Fi. Keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Had the first version of this app and worked great. But every update since has not worked on my newer phone.

Dealer set up app on my Samsung s7 and it worked there. Now it can't find the MyRV Network while I am inside my RV with the wall unit on and working. Also unable to get the app downloaded to wife's Samsung phone. I see now why this app has a low rating.

I can't even connect. It recognizes the unit, I put in the password and get the message that login failed...try again. Go to help...no help there. Useless if it can't connect

Input the wrong password. Now it won't let me change the password. And Everytime I try it takes the previous password and fails to connect. Unable to change configuration. I have cleared data and re installed the app

The app times out too quick. There's no setting that allow you to control things like timeout. Take a too long to connection. But it is handy to have control when you are away from the main panel

It took my password, connected, bounced repeatedly of and on the wifi for 10 second and then either crashes or lets you on the program. If lucky enough to get into program, only 5-10 seconds time before it loses the signal and then crashes right after closing... sooo buggy as all heck. Tablet in RV works awesome though

Couldn't get it to work initially because I had to agree that there was no internet conection with this WiFi network in my phone. One I did, it works perfectly!

Every time I try to login it says my password is incorrect. I'm copying it right from the original sticker on the wall. It makes no sense. When I hit the help button it just takes me back to the Play Store download.

Hello Lippert LCI1, My husband has a MotoG 4th gen running Android Marshmallow. He can download the app, but once it starts the set up process, his WiFi is on and set to the MyRv WiFi, it gets stuck, even though it shows the correct MyRv WiFi gateway selected it can go for an hour just searching, never allowing it to get the screen asking for the pin. We have uninstalled the app turned off the phone reinstalled the app and still the same thing. Help!!

Is there a version compatibility matrix available anyplace? The manufacturers website is severely lacking any support details. The software version on the controller in the coach (2.1.2) is much different than the Android (2.3.4) app. Is there a procedure to update the controller in the coach? This application still continually disconnects, even after the latest update.

Up until last week it worked fine, it will not connect at all. Done an uninstall of program, turned off modem, and wait as stated in other post. Another thing if you going to update this app. why don't LCI have an option to auto start the generator when the battery starts drop its charge.

Don't know what happened, but the application does not stay connected to the My_RV WiFi/Gateway anymore. Have to restart it multiple times before it will connect, then immediately disconnects. In order for it to stay connected I have to go into my WiFi connections, manually connect to My_RV then start the application. When I am finished I have to go back into my WiFi connections and disconnect from My_RV. Side not my Moto Z Force did upgrade to Android Version 7.1.1 Still not working, as fast as I am concerned this has become a worthless App. Downloaded the latest version and still connects, then disconnects from the router. Have to manually connect to the MY RV gateway. Also every time I reboot my phone the shortcut disappears. No improvement at all. SAD

Changed my review to 5 stars after the may update to control my leveling system. Everything works great but just nit picking now, the UI could look better. Other than that I have no idea why others cannot get this to work. Probably user error. Using this on both my galaxy note 4 and my galaxy tab pro 8.4 with no issues.

The wifi hub had some problems. I called Lippert which was very helpful and quite professional. They sent me a new hub, as soon as I plugged it in, I went to the app and it worked flawlessly.

This company has a top notch service team! Had a problem with my router would not connect with my phone. They sent me a new one free of charge and now works like a top!

Shortly after posting a negative reviews (of the entire system, the app was good) I was asked to email lippert to discuss problem. I sent them a video of my problem and they quickly replied. They think it's my router in the camper and are sending me a new one. Quick response. Good customer service.
