UCO mBanking

If I go to add beneficiary for other bank then problem occurred. 1- filling account name,confirming account no then ifsc code.ifsc code area searches the branch name . selecting branch then save. Now account no,account name places get empty.again input the ifsc code and selecting branch ifsc code are didn't filled up though selected the branch.so u can't add other branch beneficiary account to this aap.

Statement is not being sent to the registered mail id. There is problem in from and to date where it says from should be less than 365 days... being Digital it should send statement for any tenure... please fix this issue asap.. couldn't receive statement for April 16 to mar 17. I mailed to uco mbanking too regarding this... yet to receive reply.. be quick sir... other banks are very good n fast in everything..

What a waste app this is... I must have tried 20 or more times for a simple neft but everytime it says time out. Plus even after entering correct TPin it still says enter valid TPin. Waste... Just waste of time

Imps transfer to mobile always timed out & balanced get debited from account. No idea where did the money go & customer care number is a joke always busy like they are dealing with whole earth humans. DO not Use IMPS

Why do I have to log in each and every time? Why do I have to use the otp? Is there any way to get rid of it? If not, than this app is utter nonsense.

I am not being able to even register let alone having the fruits of this app's service. Whenever I try to register it shows timed out and check your bank status. Sorry to say , but this app is not at all worthy to occupy some space in my phone. Wish you make it workable at least . Best wishes from an UCO bank customer.

I am using know 2 because for today this app is not working properly for logged ik its take 10min other wise it is saying please wait why i dont know please fix this issue..this i didnt face since 6mnths..please do something.after that i will give 5 star

Every time when i am entering my otp, which has been given send to my resisterd mob no. It is showing invalid otp.. Why it is so..?? I have given it correctly..

Very bad apps to handle customer inquiry. And customer service no. Is busy every time. No one to solve my problem

Today i transfer money in diffrent Accounts many times. but every times it failed. and an massage show request time out.please check Status of your Account Balance.i send sms to uco mbanking many Times but not get any response.

Useless app. Not able to register.tried from last 1 month with different mobiles​. nothing works. Customer care doesn't pick up the phone. Worst banking experience.

I have faced many problems. .when i am recharge to my mobile number. ..transition time out. .I have try. .another time..anain same problem.but. ..balance is. ..deactivated to my account. .& recharge to the. .Mobile. number. .plz help me. ..& refund the. .money..

Will be more useful,if there is a option to hot the atm card n the other services provided by the bank,along with various banking products,like prevailing interest rates on various loans,deposit a/c.And loved the OTP part of this app,which ensure full security even in case of loss of mobile phone.

It does not allowed to register. The customer care phone number is not answered. Hopeless bank and equally hopeless service.

When I opted for activation of my e-banking on the website, I couldn't complete the process due to some error that I got in the last step of activation. So I went to my nearest UCO branch. They told me to do it from this app. So I installed it and it worked well. The app is quite good but it is laggy at times and it takes a lot of time to respond. I don't know why but may be it is due to the server. But anyways, please fix this issue both on this app and the website.

Don't use this app. Can't even make payment or transfer due to login timeout or unexpected error.why is this app in the playstore?

Please upgrade your app. Facing many problem to transfer money to othae account.. and also make high security on this app.. many time shows transaction failed ..... Upgrade this app like other bank app

When I'm logging in for transfer of an amt. to my demand loan a/c it is being reported that"no a/c found but on logging in "third party quick transfer" it is being advised to go for own a/c transfer which is not allowed. Plz guide.

Money can be easily transferred and by large the best Mobile Banking App. I tried to book a hotel through ticketing option. OTP came but the transaction failed. Ultimately i hv to book through goibibo website.

I am not able to proceed the "new registration" option even when I give last transaction amount very accurately. "Error enter any amount of last 5 transactions" is being pop up every time.

20000 is debited from my account of uco bank and is not credited to sbi account. Facing trouble with customer care and horror about my lost money

Fedup of this issue. It is actually their server issue and not my network issue.

Last 2 weaks i can't transfer amount in mobile banking please resolve in this issue as soon as possible

One of the worst apps like the bank itself. Tried to register but otp generated after 4-5 minutes of the time expired every time. 7 times I tried... can u imagine? Then 8th time it was unable to connect to server. UCO is still sending OTPs while I am writing review. Ha ha ha .......

When I try to recharge my mobile.... The Uco app shows me Un Expected Error.... But it works sometimes fine. Now this problem occurs many times.

The last update has made us more anxious & more vulnerable. Now we can't see the NAME of the Payee while transferring funds to other accounts .Earlier we could get the Name of the Payee along with the corresponding account number and That assured us .Plz add the Name of the Payee in the next update & get back our faith on U.

Complicated not user friendly app. useless to put efforts. Waste of time. No one attends the feedback also.They are least bothered.

Recently opened RD and LOAN account , but not able to transfer fund to these accounts..... It doesn't shows in transfer list, neither in Rd list nor In other lists... Fix it.. Otherwise it's OK...

I am not able to register my account on this app because when I put my registered mobile no.then this app replying it is not registered and when I putting any one of my last transaction then this app replaying no data found......so tell me what shall I do?

Some option in mbanking are not working. When i tried to open an RD a/c, everything is going smoothly until when it comes to transfer the fund, it always show's an error and i am not able to open an account. Please solve this problem urgently.

Not able to register always show request time out and check status of account, instead use Paytm to do Online transactions it is best App

Critical and ask otp with every login and consume more space and OTP not getting even after login.

While transferring amount from this app, we get msg only from the given mobile number, but if we look into our account after transfer we are not able to find any statement inside our account.It is very much needed for anyone who do transfer should have Debit statement as a back up,otherwise, sending lumpsum amount without back up statement would be of high risk and can not be entertained for claim to bank authority if something went wrong in amount transference. Developers should do some refinement in it.
