Lenovo Help can be installed on any Android-based device. You can even use our diagnostics and optimize features to troubleshoot issues with most of your Android devices, regardless of brand.

Service
• Need repair? Use our Service Provider Lookup feature to find your nearest service provider’s contact information, as well as location information via Google Maps. Then use the app to open a service ticket (select countries and products).
• Check the status of your repair (select countries, PC products only).
• Chat with one of our knowledgeable agents from within the app (Lenovo smartphones in India only).
My Account
• Log in with your Lenovo ID to access your saved products from Lenovo’s Support website.
• Manage your Lenovo Support profile.

When will Lenovo k4 mobile update come to letest version???? From last 3 months there is one problem in my Lenovo k4. In the morning time if I don't do flight mode ...the calls not go. When I do flight mode and off flight mode then calls go as usual.... Plz solve this issue. This issue regarding volte.

unfortunately bought lenovo products, there is no satisfaction with their products. I would never advise to buy them. I had to sell my vibe X3 mobile (due to frequent signal drop issue), even service centre couldn't solve it. and, there r many issues with my tab s8-50LC, touch response is not proper, no updates since 2015... I hate Lenovo.

Even after posting questions. We never get replies from the lenovo forums team. How are other users supposed to know the solution to some intricate problems which one might have. I see lots of unanswered questions. Never saw a single reply from the lenovo team

Worst company. They don't even provide security patches. Lenovo vibe p1 has hardware which supports volte but lenovo refused to provide software upgrade to make use of volte hardware. I think it's better to avoide all Chinese companies altogether.

I have some issue with lenovo k8 note . It's a good phone in specifications but there are too many features that are not present in it like Gallery, Voice recorder , Smart Scene, disable date for particular app. And etc .That are present in lenovo k3 note , There is a big flaw in this mobile is it's interface is like moto mobile note like lenovo.

I wish I can give 0 star, I have K5 plus 3 GB ram, hardware is enough for Marshmallow but not provided by Lenovo. They provide for Brazil only. So, are we Indians fool to purchase this phone!!

Lenovo k8 is the worst phone that I have ever purchased in my life the camera legs clarity and it is a little bit like VGA camera... it lacks Gorilla Glass and is the old-fashioned breakable

In Lenovo K6 note, second sim won't works. It hangs up when both sims turned on and both sim don't work together. You have to turn off one sim from any sim slot to make the other work. These guys were sending a field engineer to check the phone, however they failed to do so. Hence it's better not to purchase Lenovo phones at all.
