Worked fine before on my android, although husband has had trouble using it on his iphone. However with your newest update it doesnt even work anymore. Takes FOREVER to connect and load the camera feed. More often than not it freezes and crashes now. Not happy.

This app is unreliable and takes forever to load, if it ever does. There are far better apps out there.

Force crashes Everytime, Moto G4

App gives me serious indigestion.. And why the hell does tenvis (the 'current' manufacturer) have like 17 apps of this same function. Perhaps developers could use time more wisely if they collaborated on one app and made if functional. Oh genius level work on leaving out a way to transfer ownership of camera.."just share it." Literally staring my camera in the eyeball telling him I am his master. But he doesn't listen. Because hardware and peripherals run a parallel slope alongside developer performance. :(

I have never come across such bad and crap app. It seems that the developer(s) is either amature or new to the business or they are the worst around. I'm sure that any teen who did a bit of android dev. would come up with something better. My question is, how did it get 2.7 (rating) while it should'nt get more than 0.001 ?

Horrible APP. I went through and installed the camer to the network using the PC and I got it to work. I finally got this app to find the camera on the network, I enter in the information, then it comes back and says "Processing" and goes no further what so ever. Cannot hit the back on the phone, What a horrible garbage application this is. Hopefully I can find one that works. I have tried this on my samsung tables as well and EXACT RESULT! YOU IDIOTS.

Record video isn't on the Android version for some reason. It's available on ios so my ipad works better. Can't get the email notification to work and it fails to see all my wifi connections. I have an extension wifi which it sees but it can't see my main routers 2g and 5g signal. Not sure why.

Rendered my camera useless. No support. Worst app experienced. Should be fined.

Well I gave them every chance. I am returning the device, posting everywhere I can that this has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Avoid!!!

The app says that the server is down. I can't even register information for step one. I tried various password combos in case it was a programming glitch to no avail. Would like to access the camera as I've been able to do through IE... although, another PIA is that IE is the only browser that allows you to view the video. Not chrome, not Edge ... come on now.

I was using this app to monitor 2 Deecam D200's. Then I got a new phone (traded in my old phone) and tried to access the cams with my user name and password. The app tells me that the cameras have already been added by the owner and that I should contact him and ask him to share them with me. I even reset the cameras and still same issue. Now my cams are useless!

Horrible app. Got it to work initially, then had to do a phone reset. When I reinstalled the app, it will NOT log in to my account any more. Have tried to reset password, but even that didn't work. Just sits there and spins while I'm trying to log in. Doesn't seem to ever time out or anything. Have to Force Stop it to make it go away.

Ok, this worked when i got a tenvis(DEECAM) camera in November. Stopped working a month later. No word from the dev. NOTHING

I can see the video feed but not the recordings. Major foul! Also need the ability to delete the recordings. Fix that and it will be good

Sometimes can't view recordings

I've been unable to access my camera today because it says my login information is incorrect even though it's correct. Fix this app ASAP!

App is ok. How do you get share with a friend to work? Would also be nice to be able to set a schedule for alerts.

It would be a good app if two things happen. Ability to delete captured media. The share camera function actually worked.

No website, no email, no phone.... Sent 3 different invites to 3 different people. Where is "accept invite" in app? Even entering the camera id and Pw doesn't work. Just a pop up message saying to ask the owner to send an invite. Ya think? unreal.

App is ok to watch live video. The play back for the recorded video won't show. It plays the sound just doesn't show any video.

Cant get email to set

Can't even install it....what good is the camera if I can't use the app.
