LISA: Look & feel good

There is no support when there is an issue. I've been trying to contact them for two days now. No response. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the app. They overcharged me and I want my money back!!!

App crashes everyone I enter payment info. Manage profile option has nothing but change password. Why can't I enter payment info and general profile info here?

I got a massage from Rich K. the other day, great experience + smooth transaction.

I was so looking forward to using this app instead of Groupon or other discount marketing apps especially since I just opened my nail studio. For some reason I'm unable to create a fixed price and when my phone screen saver kicks in, I have to go back and select available for on demand business every time. Also, my price list keeps disappearing and I'm having to redo it all the time. Ive had this app for two weeks and not one client. So frustrating.

I would like to be able to message a stylist before I set up an appointment. I have questions about their service I need answered before I schedule an appointment with them

I've tried to register myself as a provider and the app will stop or it will not allow me to add licenses or billing....urgh?

The concept is amazing!so sorry I can t even download it!I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and if this phone is not good enough to support this app,than which other?!! ! ! ! !

Im a hair artist & this app makes it easy to freelance and find new clients....btw Eva.,..the 35% is probably the promo for the first service??? Its 15% for me & thats not bad/greedy when u think about u pay other places. Anyways u should call Elan about it...☺☺☺

My office used the Lisa app to get manicures. We order a manicurist to come to the our office during the day and one by one we each took turns getting our nails done while we worked. Our manicurist was Diane and she was fabulous!! So friendly and did an amazing job. We plan on having we come back and do it again every couple of weeks because it was so nice and convenient! Highly recommend.

Well they took out %35 from the services!!!!!!!! I have tried to contact them twice, no response yet. They said the deduction for using the app would be %15, that's pretty good and then wham a wopping %20 at checkout and then another %15 disappeared after that between getting deposited into my account!! For a grand total of %35!!! WOW! Can someone say why so much greed man? and lack of communication???

I am getting a little nervous here. I put all information including personal information and it is saving but it won't save pricing or services. Where did my personal information go and is there a waiting period to be listed.

I needed a last minute haircut for a special event. I used the LISA App to get a haircut the day of the event. LISA put me in touch with a great barber that made me look great for a great price! Thank you LISA App! Will definitely use you again!

Go there or have them come to you safely. Now I don't need a separate app for massages, hair, etc. Try it. Simply great.

I love this app. I'm a client and I have been able to schedule my hair appointments into my busy schedule.

Something is wrong every time I try to open the app it tells me that play services isnt working. But all my other apps work just fine. I have a note 5. Will be excited to give this a try once it works!

The app is set up so every service very convenient to use, the glyches that existed before are worked out so it's even better in this last update!

Been so looking forward to this and now it's here! Can't wait to see how it can make being a stylist have so much more freedom!

This app is a lifesaver. I was in desperate need of a haircut and LISA saves the day. I was able to order an amazing barber right to my apartment. Will definitely use again for my next haircut.

App keeps freezing can't even get through registering. Tried 5 times and may have to just remove it from phone. Seems to be making my phone completely on the fritz now.

This app will not verify my work address even after I entered all of my personal information. I sent an email for help on this and received only one response which was not helpful. Also, I do not see a way to delete my information. Wish I did not download this app, especially since they are not helpful.

Love it! I was able to get my dad a massage post surgery in his home in minutes!freakin awesome
