It's simply excellent. I am totally dependent on it for my motivation lectures. But I am not sure if there is any limit to the number of items that I can enter. Pl enlighten me about this.

K70%
by K####:

Simple, clean, does what it says. One thing that stopped me for giving five stars is Archive functionality, a hard delete is not always what a user wants.

X70%
by X####:

I just installed this app and it seems to have all the features that I need - ability to move complete apps to the bottom, ability to sort, ability to uncheck all items at once. I would like to have the ability to add more colors, or to change the font color or the background color of the item rather than just a bar on the right. Also to sync with another device. Would be willing to pay for an app with all the features. Other than that, I have tried many checklist apps and this is the one I will use.

Thank you for a well designed, intuitive to use and functionally rich app! I have tried about 5 other apps with the best ratings but none can compete with this one. It is easy to create sub categories and to edit items. Each list can be sorted in a different order if you need to. I especially love the capacity to import from and export to a text file.

by R####:

My favourite of the list apps ive tried, its the only one i use. I use it to write my to-do lists, and it allows me to arrange my thoughts easily, and rearrange as i think through. A suggestion would be to add a static notes section at the top,so you can have a reference or caveat for when you scroll through your lists. Thanks :)

I echo what Mark Fowler said in his review. This app hits the sweet spot and does it right for sublists and importing. Love the light, dark and automatic dark at night theme! Suggestion 1: using manual sort order implicitly adds newest items first. Add sort order checkbox to add newest manual items last. Suggestion 2: Sync with Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. to share on multiple devices and as cloud backup I'm willing to pay as pro app version or donate for this feature!

It's got everything I need : 1. Simple interface; 2. Fast program; 3. Capability to backup and more! This is so much better than Evernote in its own way =)

So great. Makes me feel at peace to list of absolutely everything i would like to do or need to do and break it down further and further. Makes things manageable and super organized. Great for big project ideas.

Thanks for have made it so simple and powerful. I was needing this app since I have things to do :) looking forward for the cloud sync.

O70%

it's quite simple but full of features. It's minimalist design makes it easier to organize. Not only is the app great, but so is the developer's response time.

R70%
by R####:

The best To Dos app. Really like the power of sub lists. Three suggestions: 1. Add a widget please 2. Add cloud sync 3. Advice: Please keep it simple as it is now; don't make it complex in the future.

I70%
by I####:

I'm giving this a 5 star rating even though I have not used it. Why? Because I can MOVE items from one list to another! Color note doesn't do that. I'm done with them. I look forward to trying this instead. Thanks.

R70%
by R####:

I like this app, I like the flexibility in sorting, and the way I can create hierarchies as complex as I like. But there's a big caveat: it really needs the ability to expand a hierarchy and view it as a whole, to see all the different levels at once within the app without having to export to text. I'm trying to plot the timeline for a novel, and I need an easy overview!

X70%
by X####:

This is a great app! The ability to sub-list is fantastic - the best I've come across so far. I would give it a 5th star and even pay for the app if you could invite others to your list so that other individuals could update the list as well i.e. I would be able to see other people checking off items on the list in realtime...

Q70%
by Q####:

Awesome checklist app that is minimalistic yet very effective. I would love a widget to put on my home screen though, so please consider implementing that! Other than that, I love it.

so far so... best! Finally after google keep... hahaha i just only need a checklist to keep track of my payments in mastercard hahaha then this arrived. Thumbs up 5stars.

O70%

Particularly like how you can import and export simple text lists. Suggestion - What about allowing 3 value logic: yes, no, unknown?

R70%
by R####:

Love this app! Great for making list within list. For instance, I can make a to do list for today. Let's say Walmart, bank, and hardware store. I can then go into Walmart and make my grocery list then to hardware and add my supplies there. You can then check off boxes as you pick up items or complete tasks.Would definitely recommend. Must have!

T70%

This app doesn't seem to have alarm for reminders nor allow us to customise our own design? It would be good if we can set min a few reminders to individual list. That's what a task list/check list suppose to do?

R70%
by R####:

Nice interface, no annoying permissions or notifications, but doesn't support multiple lists. Not useful for me.

I am a motivational speaker, and used to depend on paper notes to deliver my speeches, but would miss many points. Unlike other trainers I have not yet learnt to use a laptop. In the last few months, I have successfully delivered many 3-hour long lectures without missing a single point. Other check list apps have a limitation on the number of letters in each point, and of course no chance for entering subpoints at all. Here I can enter whole paragraphs. Thank you so much.

I have downloaded and tried over 30 checklists. NONE of which match up to this one. WOW, well done. Simple, beautiful design, FINALLY able to make multiple sub lists. No one else does it right like this. If possible, please make the "shake" function an option. Cloud function would be welcome in the future too (as an option) as well as a way to retrieve all info IF phone is lost or broken. This and all of the info I am putting in here is too valuable to lose. . This is now my "Go To" checklist for daily "To Do's" and all major and minor projects. VERY well done. Thank You so much. I can finally stop looking for a another checklist app. this one fulfills so much of what I was looking for and needed.

I've been using this application for a little while now and really enjoy it. Shake or tilt to sort, drag and sort main lists, double tap to edit, share a list via multiple media types, export to text, set a list as a task. You can search within a list, create a list from a sublist item... it's all here and Ad free as well. It's really just a very useful tool for my list making needs. Maybe some background images or import a picture as a watermark, just to make it nicer to look at. Not a requirement though. Good work on this, it looks like you put time into it...so thanks!

This app is really great! I've used several different checklist apps and this is my new standard. No ads! Simple design and easy to use! Not very many options and customizing but I like it because it's quick and simple. No ads and free, wow great job devs!

This app is perfect and simple. At first glimpse, it might seem like complicated rubbish, but then it turned out to be quit simple and neat. The perfect word here for this app is professional; you won't need more than this. I highly recommend it, and I really hope you enjoy it. I do have a few suggestions to make the app better. First of all, the color hierarchy that you have chosen (orange for top, blue for middle, and grey for bottom) can be changed to Green, orange, and red as in traffic lights to highlight the urgency of the task rather than the location on the list. Secondly, you can make an option to add notes to the different items and sub items as reminders of important things related to the tasks. Thirdly, you can add an option to change the font color of the words in the items and subitems just to make things look more cheerful. In addition, you can provide an option for hiding lists; this means that the list is not deleted but is also not displayed, and this can be useful for privacy and for hiding stuff that is not urgent or needed but shall not be deleted. To further the utility of this option, you can make the hiding option encrypted by a password

Love the way you can organize lists into a hierarchy. Very useful to us very organized folks. It REALLY needs an option that changes the number of items with a circle around it to: #checked/#total (for example: 12/33)! The circle color does not cut it. Knocked down from 4 stars to 3 because of the inability to see how many items are already checked. Else it would be 5 stars!

Like so many other reviewers, I've lost track of how many list apps I've tried and jettisoned. They were either too complicated, required an "account", or didn't have the multiple nesting feature. Well done! Please, please, any chance of an iPhone version? My wife could really use this!

Its already good that it can create a sublist! Its the most clever thing I can have on my list, but can u possibly put a widget?!?!??? Coz I like it better if I won't have to click the icon of the app, rather just glance it at once in my home screen. Thanks ahead!

R70%

It's too complicated when you want to move items around within your checklist. I miss my old checklist app but support stopped for it so it stopped working. I will just use color notes 4 my checklist functionality is simple and much better moving items around

R70%

Be really cool if you could have money values next to list though that also calculates as a total. Apart from that... I can't complain

R70%

This is the best listing app I have used. It is very easy to navigate around and move things if you make a mistake. Editing options are great. Thanks

What would really put the icing on the cake would be to be able to sync with my pc.......but I'm running Kubuntu 16.04... . .is this possible????. Please say yes!

Some wishes helpful for large and deep hierarchies: Tree-Overview for fast switching between lists. A way to differentiate between done/checked tasks (that I keep in the list for reference) and the single item you want to move or delete. A flat list-view containing all items (only leafs-nodes?) ordered by color (and due date! ;). Finally, don't forget to keep it simple without to many bells and whistles, better to fork of another app! :)

So simple yet so powerful. My go to app for all my first thoughts. Can be easily shared across apps for subsequent idea growth. I only miss a darker or grey theme. Keeping one star with me for that one… I always work on dark theme. :) ... Updated dark theme looks great. Thanks Dev.

I've searched for such an app for years! Recursive checklists is such a simple idea yet none of the other apps offer it. Thanks a million. BTW:it would be nice to have reminders.

So simple to use. Love being able to create unlimited sublists and dive into the details. Easy to move and copy items within the hierarchy. List of permissions is reasonable. Thank you so much for this app.

Really like the user friendly interface and in depth listing you can do, only thing that would make this 5 star is: backup of list and ability to open saved lists on a Web browser, great work developer!

Excellent. Love the way you can organize lists into a hierarchy. Very useful to us very organized folks. Thanks! Love the URL clickable feature! It really needs an option that changes the number of items with a circle around it to: #checked/#total (for example: 12/33)! The way it is now, there are times that I REALLY need to see at a glance how many items are checked. The circle color does not cut it.

I was looking for a simple list making app to create multiple lists with the ability to re-order items. I stumbled onto this one after trying several other apps and fell in love with its simplicity and power. With its design (where every list is simply a sub list of the root, and each list item can itself become a list), this app is even better than I was looking for. It makes for fast entry, easy organization, and is very useful. Thanks!
