This apps is awesome, I have first uninstall due to space but now I am reinstalling it cause I really miss so mush important tape's for my hair, I been using this app and following so remedy for my Hair and to admit it really helps alot on me.......so I am given it five stars***** cause that's what it deserve .

It's a cool up but try to add pictures of the things you talk about like the food and positioning of the exercises there should be pictures
