No functionality. Can't see the progress of the current track. No controls in a notification of lockscreen. Can't see if the lesson started to play or not. Just a really bad app.

Even I have license certificate it showing invalid serial no.

Its not accepting my serial number so i am failing to use the app

The content is very helpful, but the app is archaic. Your only options are to play, stop or skip back to beginning. If i pauseand come back later, I have to start at beginning. How about the ability to increase speed; or the ability to slide ahead.

Functionality is really not what it should be. There's no ability to pause and resume, rewind or fast forward. Not very user friendly.

App is not what it could be. Had to download for work, but not sure I want to keep it installed after the training is complete due to the functionality problems. Once downloaded, the main screen does not have any control buttons as shown in the photos provided; there are some grayed out symbols on the bottom of the app that do not work – look as though they are there for design only. If you tap the lesson while it is playing – it loops and starts back at the beginning (very frustrating). You cannot see the progress of the current track; when you are trying to fit training into your schedule, its sometimes nice to know how much time is needed to completely listen to the app. Functionality is not user friendly in any sense.

Can't even get in to use the app! No place to make a language request, no place to type in password. On my android, I see a place to type in the password but there is no cursor or tracking of my password as I type. Always an error. This is not starting well.

Downloaded audio files but they refuse to play on my Samsung tablet. What could be the problem.
