Crashes every time I open it. Have to reopen. Playback doesn't work well. Wish I could use something else for my NVR but no.

Rubbish. Who ever made this app needs to go to the drawing board . Why make an app if it does not work. Utter useless never works . I wish i could give minus 1000 stars.

Playback does not work! Preview always disconnecting! Rubbish! Just give us option to use any app and be done with this worthless app!

Come on guys....playback not working....also put a link for tutorial in english please woth due respect I was unable to find online. Maybe a feature to zoom and detail the recording bar to drag specifically to a certain time.....many thanks

Cloud login is completely unreliable and no ptz function when connected via direct option.

Not connecting with Android after app update. Previous version was about worked.

2.3mp monster cam still not recognise by u server but perfect working order through NVR. The 2mp cam is back to normal again, thanks. Hope the play back function will working soon

The latest version works. But still sometimes crashes on opening. If a cam can not be found it keeps searching. No stop option. When you switch to another program it stops. The preview list does not show current selections. Thw app is getting better but still needs work.

Actually there is no option for 0 star . Useless app .

The latest update today still has problems and no live video can be seen. They are working on the resolution and another update will be available in a day or two. The new app combines all the new and old systems into one app. I have a connection to the maker, be patient it is being troubleshot.

Been like 2 weeks now with new app things got worse cannot view at all but you can see that the device is online ! Ive got a couple of friends too having the same issue ! Very annoying ! I hope it will be fixed ASAP

The old app worked, sometimes temperamental, but worked, this just isn't working. Whatever you did at the end of March/beginning of April was a bad thing.

7.15 still have problem app crash while using...it's worst update since i ever use this app..an old free ip is better than all version in april 2017 .

Managed to see I've feed once then 30 or 40 attempts and video fails to load - poor and very annoying!

Something happened and now I can't view my cameras via app or internet explorer browser anymore. It's not my system at fault, something's going with Freeip itself.

Very bad update it was much better before the update now takes longer time to work and a lot of errors

This is a piece of junk. No documentation. Dies after each phone upgrade. Lousy.

Totally crap really. I have to login every time and now I can't even login because of some random error. Horrible!

latest update won't work if the servers of freeip are down which incidentally are now, so direct connection to cameras or NVR is not accessible! the app will just quit instead of offering direct connection.

You incompetent idiots your update doesnt work with a device bind issue.
