Gadget Guardian by Lookout

Have all 6 phones in the house with it and 3 laptops 3 notebooks. Have the premium and love it. Autistic grandson is able to go play with friends because I can GPS him. Has located and helped to retrieve 2 stolen phone and 3 lost phone. Awesome program

So stupid, I got this on my phone and I was so excited to use it. I updated it and now it says I have two on my phone and I can only have one, but I only have one!!! And if I uninstall it, there isn't one at all... can you please do something about this!!!

I deleted lookout and it says it only works for one

Didn't download it. didn't sign up for it. Still scans my phone and can't get rid of it.

This app will locate your phone to your within about 20 yards. It also have a feature to sound a screaming alarm you can set up from your computer... and it will give off this scramming police siren. I have misplaced my phone many times, usually slipping down between car seats. This makes it a since to locate. Give it 5 starts just for that!

There should be an override for not being able to shut off the phone. Once the alarm goes off for the lost phone the person who stole it can just shut it off and turn back on the phone and the alarm goes off. They should not be able to turn off the phone. Besides that great app.

They shoulf have this on the app store Apple devices arent cheap anf would be a good product to find if lost

This app is awesome. It protects u're phone it also let's u know if u're phone's been stolen or it'll who might have u're phone. So I love this app because it tell if something's wrong or where's located at.

Suppose to aide my insurance

Had to uninstall because it kept overheating my battery. If you can fix that I will give 5 stars!!

Love this app I feel safe downloading anything because I know I have protection and not worrying about losing my phone because it can be located and wiped.

It should have a policy when your phone is powered off it will make your phone power back if that happens I'll give you guys 5 stars

Delted the app, play store says it is not installed - yet it is still on my phone and running. . . . Scam.

Recently had an altercation with my phone and had to factory reset... Lookout didn't inform me of the issue. Other than that taking a star from my rating, this is still a great app for download scans & finding your phone.

My phone was switched to this instead of Lookout without any prior notification, & without my input or permission! Then I was told it is a free trial that will be running out?! Lol. Uninstall! I also now no longer want to use Lookout either, regardless of whether it's free etc. I have very happily switched to a trusted competitor to fill my security needs!

I'm a Lookout Premium subscriber, and one day I noticed Gadget Guardian on my phone. A quick Google search said it was a Sprint/Virgin Mobile security app, and since I have the insurance, I didn't think much of it. Today I discovered that Gadget Guardian REPLACED my Lookout Premium, TOOK AWAY features and did so without notifying me, much less asking for my permission. It removed things like call log backups and photo backups, both I consider very important. SHAME on you Lookout! And here I've been recommending you for your premium services. NOT EVER AGAIN. My business will go to ESET and SEEKDROID; I'm cancelling my account with you, and cancelling my insurance with Virgin Mobile. You won't be seeing a penny from me or anyone in my family (four phones) going forward.

I ran this for about 13 days and it seemed pretty good. Now I get a notice that it is about to expire and I HAVE to go to Virgin Mobile and BUY Phone Insurance to keep using it. Galaxy S5 Virgin Mobile

To make the app run its "best" I uninstalled Lookout and then downloaded this direct from the market. Don't know why, but it uses less resources and runs smoother now. Only use this if your phone uses the Sprint mobile network, don't know if it will work right with anything else. Works just like normal Lookout, only optimized for phones on Sprint network. My gps location seems to work better now, and i think things are a little smoother than when i was using standard Lookout.
