Bad service and low quality products I was very dissapointed with Lotte.vn. Their service was bad, I had purchased some items from them, and they were so bad. These goods come late with wrong color and bad quality. Perfume was blew away their fragnance after 1 hour, they weren't support me to change just because I had opened the box. How the hell I know was low quality if I didn't opened it?. The customer service was awful, they talk like a machine, provide no information that useful, they only said that they couldn't support me. After all, I'm still waiting for other item that need refunds. I would think you are better not waste time with them. Terrible
