Soon to be redundant as "..by post" service is being stopped. Movies will only be available streamed via Amazon prime.

Had to update payment details within 10 days which I did. Went into app and rental list now empty and cannot add movies to my list. Please explain

Easier to use than the website on your phone, and works fine, but a bit basic. Would be good to be able to sort and filter by rating. And to filter your rental list by genre, rather than just list in alphabetical order.

Let's me see and manage my rental list, but can't see how many films I have left on my account for the month as I have the 2 disc's per month package.

Great App, one thing that would help would be a "Previously Rented" flag when you're browsing, or going into the details of, titles.

Unable to exit the app by clicking back button, surely this was tested? Also had a system pop up message after opening app, which once i forced closed the app disappeared. Something's not right.

No settings button....so unable to change delivery address. Useless

Easy to locate titles /previous rented for info.

Installed today but login screen goes blank and I am unable to use it. Reverted to website version for now

A few years back on an older app you had the ability to see which titles are on your rental list from the front screen(not having to click on each title to check). Why can't we have this back?

A huge improvement on the old version. This one is fast, slick and easy to use. Long overdue but very welcome!

Works great now. Using it is so much easy now than before.

BAD I HATE IT!!!

Been using lovefilm on my hudl2 tablet for ages, no problem. Got message to update which I did. Update totally froze my tablet twice, had to do full reboot each time. Eventually got a message to say I needed something called crosstalk. Installed this and lovefilm started but wouldn't let me sign in. Had to close and restart lovefilm again and eventually it opened OK with me signed in. Not a great experience from a supposedly great technology company.

Annoying - can't work with one account on Amazon shopping app and a different one on the Lovefilm app (we have 2 accounts so we can buy presents for each other).

As a user of the old app and an early adopter and tester of the new one, the end result is great. A fresh, clean interface which lets you easily look around and manage rental lists. What more do you need when on the move? Good work guys!

The new, updated app is useless. Cannot be used unless you are signed in to Amazon and then can only be used by the main account holder in the household. Unlike previous version this cannot be used by a second account user. Pile of crap.

Touch rental list or account and app freezes. Can search films etc but freezes when try and see my list or account.

No way to search. Who has time to trawl through over 7000+ films? Will stick with the Amazon website.

Can add new titles but when clicking on my rental list, the progress wheel just keeps spinning but doesn't show the titles in my rental list, just shows nothing. Cleared app cache and data and logged in again but problem remains.

Also doesn't get tripped up by the 2FA. IMDb links would earn it another star. Also I don't see the point of listing titles that are already on my watch list - I'd rather filter those out. As a Prime member I'd like to know which ones are available to stream.

Brilliant update of the app. Keep up the good work for years to come. All in all an excellent service. I don't ever want to move to streaming. I want this bigger selection and I want the latest releases quickly so that's why I will always choose physical renting over streaming. Again keep up the good work well into the future

Why doesn't it show how many I've had this month? Could be on the rental list. I'm sure I only had one disc last month, do I get 3 this month to make up for it?!

This app is like a 2.0 version when compared to the old version - much quicker and smoother to work, completely restyled, and haven't found any bugs yet.

New App no longer has a rental list!!! Rubbish. Please fix.

A much improved user interface making managing your rental list really easy! A big improvement to the older version of the app!

Massive improvement over the previous app

This looks like a completely redesigned app with easy to find rental list at the bottom of the screen. Seems easy to search for titles and to add to list and prioritise. This new app for some reason installed separately to old app so I had to delete old one. I have reviewed old app as well so make sure that you delete old app which was poor. I would recommend this so far as it seems slicker and much more user friendly and reliable. App essential as it is almost impossible to find on Amazon website.

Old app was junk, badly designed and full of bugs. This is much sleeker and certainly quicker, time will tell re bugs. Could do with a few UX enhancements to make it 5*, eg on my list, when all is selected, headings to make it clearer where one priority group ends and next one starts.

This is better than the last app. I'd like it if the devs could change it so that when clicking items on my rental list, then returning to the list overview I'm not taken back to the top of the list :(

Still not perfect though. Slow. Clunky. But compared to the old one (which we had to suffer for *years*) it's like night and day. A good start.

This is actually a really good app now.. it's just a shame it took about 3 years to fix the previous piece of trash.

This app is crap.cant get my rental list up.always saying error.now I've deleted old app which was great but now not available.
