Hal terbaru di keluarkan oleh aplikasi LPJK Propinsi Jawa Timur ini adalah pemberitahuan otomatis atas proses sertifikasi yang terjadi. Pengguna, tidak perlu membuka aplikasi bila ingin mengetahui posisi berkas berada, Dan, disajikan pula pemberitahuan tentang kekurangan-kekurangan bila mana memang berkas tidak lengkap atau meragukan. Sehingga pengguna dapat segera merespon untuk mempercepat proses sertifikasi yang sedang belangsung.

Ini berbeda dengan aplikasi sebelumnya, yang mengharuskan pengguna aktif membuka aplikasi untuk mengetahui serangkaian informasi (riil time) proses sertifikasi badan usaha dan tenaga kerja Jasa Konstruksi se-Jawa Timur. Mulai dari permohonan oleh asosiasi (baik badan usaha maupun tenaga kerja), booking berkas, proses di Unit Sertifikasi Badan Usaha (USBU), uji kompetensi tenaga kerja, Unit Sertifikasi Tenaga Kerja (USTK), hingga pengambilan Sertifikat kompetensi oleh asosiasi.


Hal menarik lagi di aplikasi baru ini adalah, pengguna dapat memanfaatkan dokumentasi foto digital (yang tertata) untuk menyimpan foto kegiatan yang dimiliki. Sehingga bisa terkomunikasi kepada siapapun. Dan, pada saat dibutuhkan, pengguna tinggal mendown load atau menshare ke pihak lain.
