Download the OTR Mobile App and Buy our very economically priced Annual Subscription. In any emergency situation, just activate the HelpME button in our app and get Immediate Response. Our Mobile App automatically tracks your location and connects you within seconds to the OTR Command & Control Centre, while simultaneously sending out a system alert with your location coordinates to the nearest OTR Immediate Assistance Team, who quickly navigates to reach you within minutes and provide you safety and/or assistance. It also alerts your Emergency Contact(s) automatically via an SMS.

TrackME Service – 24 X 7 Live Tracking during Travel

Our unique TrackME Service is specially useful when traveling alone and is widely used by working women and students, whenever they are in public transport or traveling late in the evening.

To ensure your Safety, simply activate the TrackME button in the OTR app. In seconds, you will recive a call from our Command Center, who will take the necessary details from you and then will track you LIVE. You can upload the picture of the license plate of the vehicle you are traveling in also. During your journey, we will periodically monitor your safety through notifications and/or calls. In case, we do not get a response from you, our on ground Immediate Assistance Teams are alerted and they are dispatched to locate you and check on your well-being, ensuring you complete peace of mind. We also alert your emergency contact and/or family, as well as, coordinate with the requisite government authorities.

Assist Me - Single Point Helpline for any Distress Situation

In case of any distress, just activate AssistME button on the OTR app, and get connected to our Command & Control Center, wherein our Incident Manager will gather all vital information and initiate an appropriate response. Based on the emergency situation, we call and coordinate with state agencies and various emergency service providers, such as ambulances, doctors, chemists, mechanics, towing companies, handymen, locksmiths, and many more, to ensure you get a quick response and assistance.

On standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our extensive network and database of vital services and professionals across the length and breadth of the areas we cover, enables us to address all sorts of emergencies.
