UI is a bit clunky and dated but it works. Transmission of purchases is fast and reliable and points do appear weekly on my account.

useless app doesnt even let me log in but can log in on google sort it out !!!

Apparently username and/or password is invalid but I can login to the online portal and the app on my desktop. Just doesn't work!

App says username or password didn't exist yet I can log in through Google no problem! Fix this problem

I would of used this but won't let me log in keeps saying my username and password is incorrect so will do it how I have been doing it

Some serious UX updates required because the length of steps required to submit data seems unnecessary. Interface can be confusing at times too.

Login details don't seem to work and forgot password doesn't help...

Easy app to use and works how it should with little effort.

...app crashes when transmitting most days. Seem to spend my time uninstalling and reinstalling. No indication whether transmission received when this happens. Seem to be rewarded for a fraction of what I thought had been transmitted.

Okay when transmitting but it keeps sending 3 reminders a time to remind you to submit - annoying.

It's a pain entering all the details for things even when they have bar codes. The app constantly lags my phone CPU causing it to overheat so I always have to use my battery optimisation app. Also, why on earth does it need permission to record audio? Especially without notification and permission! There is no justification for listening to my personal conversations

Much prefer the old texting system - this takes far too much time to enter all the details and pays less per barcode.

This app opens in logon screen, no buttons or anything allowing me to register. Tried the login thinking it might then say Do you want to register, but no. How on earth do you into it?

Keep crushing whenever you submit

90% of the time the app fails to start up and when it does data entry takes so much longer than the previous text based system. Have given up with it now.

I have uninstalled and reinstall a couple of times and still not able to log in . can't recommend

Can't log in to the android app but can on desktop app, very frustrating...

Works well a majority of the time. Occasionally will restart submission when shooting a photo, but rarely so, and less so since updates. A few unnecessary pages (like the final 'next to submit' end screen after submitting the photo), and would be good if multiple photos could be shot at once and stitched together like other receipt apps.
