The only app I've found that enables one to easily track each hot flash - so that's a huge plus. But would be a lot better if you could put an actual time (instead of just morning, afternoon, evening) when manually inputting prior hot flashes (i.e. when I wake up in the a.m. I want to enter the specific time of any hot flashes overnight). Also - it sometimes will run in background when tracking a hot flash (which it should) - but sometimes it closes and that one is gone. Would be a 5 star app with some enhancements. Good start.
Most of this is useful but it would be nice to log some (peri)menopause "symptoms" - HEADACHE; CONCENTRATION; BODY ACHING; FATIGUE etc... (not just emotions) - and to be able to download / share and print off later
Keeps logging me out! Can't make notes when recording a hot flash, and only summary available is for hot flashes, not sleep, notes, etc.
It would be nice if the period tracker allowed you to record type of flow - heavy, medium, light.
I like the way it tracks hot flashes & the way they show on the calendar. It would be nice to have mood & sleep show as well.
