Vote Consciente

Propagandas eleitorais nem sempre expressam as opiniões reais dos candidatos, nem geram posicionamento claro sobre questões mais polêmicas. O aplicativo Vote Consciente tem como objetivo mostrar ao cidadão quais candidatos das eleições de 2016 se aproximam mais das suas opiniões e desejos para a cidade. Através de perguntas “chave”, as respostas do usuário são correlacionadas com as respostas dos candidatos e, ao final, o aplicativo gera um ranking de afinidade a partir das respostas semelhantes. O usuário também pode selecionar o candidato a prefeito e a vereador que pretende votar e o aplicativo gera uma “cola” para ser utilizada no dia das eleições deste ano.

A plataforma do aplicativo é colaborativa, ou seja, inicialmente foi desenvolvida para três cidades de Santa Catarina, onde a equipe técnica se responsabilizou pela coleta das informações. Entretanto, cidadãos de duas cidades de Minas Gerais se interessaram pelo aplicativo e aplicaram o mesmo sistema de pesquisa com os candidatos das suas cidades. Os voluntários coletaram os dados, que foram incluídos no Vote Consciente pela equipe técnica do aplicativo e que prestou auxílio ainda no desenvolvimento das perguntas. Este tipo de situação já estava prevista na apresentação do aplicativo, que convida os usuários a levarem o Vote Consciente para as suas cidades.

O aplicativo Vote Consciente busca elucidar o usuário com relação aos candidatos das eleições de 2016, afim de que o eleitor tenha consciência das opiniões e ideais dos candidatos em quem irá votar e mais certeza de que os mesmos irão representar seus anseios para o desenvolvimento do município.

Este aplicativo foi um dos vencedores do Concurso INOVApps edição 2015 realizado pelo Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovações e Comunicações - MCTIC, que tem como objetivo fomentar nacionalmente a produção e promoção de novos aplicativos e jogos eletrônicos.

This application was one of the winners of INOVApps Contest edition 2015 conducted by the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications - MCTIC, which aims to nationally promote the production and promotion of new applications and video games.
