Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics

I'd love to rate this app really highly, as Lush are fantastic. I love the lush brand for many reasons, and inbuy for my partner who loves Lush massively. This app doesn't live up to the brand. A broken Fresh section?? Also, try searching product by product as that's how people will share a wishlists via WhatsApp. A few slow service calls too that aren't really excusable these days. Otherwise, minus a few design oddities, you guys would be a great example. Please do better. You can :)

I love that lush have an app. It makes browsing products a lot easier on your phone, however this app definitely needs improvements. Some photos don't load regardless of whether you have high-speed internet, the store hasn't been updated in months and the website has many more options than the app does. Buying products is difficult as the cart doesn't load occasionally and some items don't appear in the cart. I think this app definitely has potential but it's extremely basic at this stage.

I'm looking at some of the gifts and it says there are zero items in this gift and I can't see what's in them. Please update this it would be really helpful as you'd imagine. Thanks.

Needs fixing. You cannot login to your account. It would be nice to have it work. I'll stick to the mobile friendly version.

Doesn't work, log in/register only gets "hmm, something went wrong". Shame, would be great if it could get functional!

Somethings gone wrong!! Yes your awful App.... whats the point if you can't actually buy anything. I don't have time to go in store... now im going to have to buy elsewhere.... very annoying!

The app is so easy to use and you can securely order online! I love the way it's set out too.

I love lush but this just isn't an option for shopping, lots of the pages don't load and compared to the website it's so hard to find stuff unless you know the name to specifically search.

Things don't load properly and crashes a lot.

I can't download this app on my tablet but I got it on my phone had a bit of trouble trying 2 buy some products but I got it in the end I lov lov lov lush I'm so looking 4ward 2 getting my stuff tanx lush 4 having a app but try and update it so I can download it on2 my tablet

It's so infuriating when you add everything to your basket and then it randomly crashes for no reason it's happened everytime i've used it :(

I want to bookmark products! But i can't. Everything in the shopping basket disappears after you closed the app... Its not amazing....

Most items were still not loading. Couldn't write reviews and if I tried to buy, "oppps somethings went wrong". But at least I could look at some products (just not buy any), oh also it had lost all my order history. I have just updated and now I'm stuck looking at the union jack as "oppps somethings went wrong". Think I should try shopping at the "body shop"!!!!!

Can't get past the region/language/currency page. "Hmm....something went wrong" always appearing.

I am a vegan, so it would be handy to apply the filters like you can online. Would make it so much easier

You order lush stuf

For a company with great marketing g and products it is SERIOUSLY letting itself down and no doubt loosing online business with this particularly useless website with no visible help page. This site needs to be binned and a fresh new site created.

I love lush never out the shop, you app well not reaction to touch and keep saying there is a problem won't add 1 item please fix this

What should be an amazing app is a complete farce it looks great everything seems in order until you actually try to buy anything and it refuses to place your items in the basket........sort it out guys.

Will only let you have one thing in the basket at a time

It's truly a great app for looking through the goods; however would be improved with a separate tab for new items added to the app

I LOVE Lush but have just uninstalled after this just taking up space on my phone and really not providing any functionality. You need to hire some better app developers - there are plenty out there! Items don't display (particularly kitchen) instead a frustrating 'oops we'll be right back' message pops up. I found this previously on my iPad too. The products are available on the website so I've just continued to purchase from there. So until this is fixed I can't see me being able to use it.

You can't view your order history the app just comes up with "oops something went wrong" I've tried logging out and back in but guess what I can't log out again just comes up with "oops something went wrong" None of the kitchen items load properly and aren't on the app at 8am UK time when they're released. And items dissappear from your basket if you leave the app. Never used the app to order I always use the website. I've sent multiple emails about the order history issue with no response

Seems buggy won't keep items in basket and some items won't even go into basket! I find I have to go on the website to actually order items so making this app useless to be fair!

This app is ever so flaky. You go on to the ''kitchen'' part, touch one of the items, and it's just blank where the description and ingredients should be. I have to use my laptop to view them. It would also be nice to have updates as soon as there is a new item. Please sort this out Lush.
