My M1

Crashes every single time. Tried many times, restarted my phone, tried again, then on another day, and another day. One day I finally got to see the first page of the app, so I typed in my mobile number for the OPT, and then it crashed again. Opened again to type OPT, crashed again. Out of the 40+ functional apps I have, this is the one and only app that crashes upon opening.

App does not tell you the exact amount of data left. It refreshes only every hour so if you are using it to track your data usage, I will advise you not to do so. Made me overshot my 3 gb limit by 3.01 gb. I feel cheated.

horrible app: forces you to update, amount of data used doesn't update quickly, doesn't tell you how much data you have left.

Unable to tab (missing tab) to login on my M1 ID.

After update the telephone usage minute , also number of message disappeared.

Useless when my plan does not have SMS.

Awesome app! I love M1.

Please add prepaid account function as well.

Unable to use this app with the number starting with 84****** and showed , "Your account has no access to this service". So please resolve this issue immediately as I am not at Singapore right now and need to top up my balance through this app . Thanks

Useless. Can't even let you login to M1 login bullshit when it just says your ID is invalid.

The latest version of this app (on Android 6.0) crashes everytime you try to edit an existing personalisation. When you press backspace to erase the existing personalised name, the app will freeze and then crash when you reach the first character.

Actual data mobile usage is totally not tally with your apps? Why the entrapment to customers to pay Extra?

users should have the option of staying with old version n update only when they want to. forcing users to update with their mobile data without wifi is a lousy low class tactic, M1 :mad: time to sack ur app developer!

Unable to unsubscribe to data plan. Keep receiving an error message

Nice app and very useful. Data usage monitoring is quite accurate. I always double check it again in my phone settings.

Should include a widget for data usage tracking which can be added to home page

Your apps outgoing call recordered is more than my phone device setting outgoing call. Pls fix it!

The new reworked app is great, the dashboard is easily interpreted. Ease of navigation is also a plus when using.

It's much more user friendly n very easy to check data usages now with the improvements. M1 user's must have app to track their data voice n roaming commitment n prevent overuse or simply monitors if usage are within their limitation n authorisation. At least u are aware of your usages n limitation upfront at a glance. Gives users a peace of mind.

Your app decided to charge me data package to Germany without further confirmation and now.I have to pay $25?!!!Is your app trying to skim more money of the customer from all the glitches?. Can you do a two tier confirmation in app?

Happened recently, selecting option and the screen just blacked out. So it "crashed"?? And Pls include breakdown of our usage..it's all lump together, I also don't kw which is overused or I kena over charged?!
