TOEFL English Vocabulary Cards

This app is great and complements the overall preparation for TOEFL. I recommend this to anyone who wants to improve vocabulary not only for Reading section but also for other sections such as writing and speaking. The one thing i feel if Magoosh could add feature of giving 2 to 4 choices for each word before actual definiton is shown so student can pick while practicing instead of just showing the word and after that showing the full definition. otherwise it's helpful.

This app is really great, but the only problem is the shortage of words, if you're serious into vocabulary then you should already know half or 80% of them. There are 600 words available on this app, that goes up if you sync with web version. Lastly I would suggest the vocabulary app of magoosh which has 1200 words. Though it's not enough, but it's nice for a start. Thanks again to the developers for this clean and nice app.

It's a very helpful app, but I could think of making it more enjoyable. I think you can make some vocabulary games, such as exercises, completing phrases, where one can earn points, advance on to new phases, etc.

So helpful to improve vocabulary. After this app I stopped using sad now going with crestfallen, doleful or woebegone

I like playing the game again and again. It makes learning easier and avoids the waste of time. I don't feel guilty about procrastinating now. I am learning whenever I am free.

It didn't have pronunciation of words. In the next update maybe you could add the pronunciation and the option of create new flashcard, please. And I likely gift 5 stars.

We can practice the words. But suppose we want to revise the words we can't know which ones we have revised and which one not.

Very easy to understand the vocabulary,pronunciation,context etc. One Must have this.....just loved it

Found a bug: pressing the audio button sometimes it just doesn't play the word. It just does nothing. Had to go back and when a new word is shown then the audio works again I have a Nexus 6P running the latest Android version.

Nice app for those who are studying for toefl tests.....but the problem is when we rotate our screen horizontally...it zooms in and does not zooms out....please fix that

Could have included quiz so that the user can gain confidence in recalling the vocabulary words.

This app is helpful to practice for the toefl test. I'd add a way to be able to choose the words that I want to review after finishing the level

This is my first app I am using to improve my vocabulary, and its helping a lot! You can use it everywhere to revise words you already know and you can learn many useful words!

this app is useful enough for preparation for exam and for expanding vocabulary, but it would be relevant to add a bit more exercises and some more examples of using several words

Super easy to use, nothing complicated and really helps a lot.

There are many good example sentences!! Some words have alternative meanings that I haven't focused on. It's really helpful.

The app divides in groups of words all the vocabulary so you can also distribute your study!
