Finally, i can deposit my check without driving to the bank after hours. Sometimes a little slow and you don't know whether to wait or what. Also... where is billpay? That's about all that's missing.

Well, Didn't Have A Problem With It On My LG V10. It Actually Worked Great! Got A New Phone Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge + And It's Having Trouble Downloading. Any Suggestions?

My only issue is that I have to log out and back in for different functions.

Doesn't allow me to log in and crashes answer goes back to beginning every time!! Ridiculous!!

I really don't see how people have a problem with this app it's simple and really easy to use

Worst app ever

This has been the worse banking account I have experienced. It never displays anything, accounts nor transactions. In addition, the ATM locator is not accurate as I drove to Kinecta (listed) only to be told they don't honor my card. I want convenience, and since this is a issue, I will be switching banks.

Doesn't stay up to date with your account. Doesn't show transactions when pending. Don't trust the balance you see in app. When you contact the CU even they tell you it's better to go online instead of trusting the App. Why even bother having an App?? Pathetic!!

I've had this app for a year now and have not had one single issue! Works great and they simplified this app so anybody no matter how technically inclined or declined they may be can use it! Good job VCU!

I can't log in..i use my password can't log in. I tried changing password still can't log in. Tried changing user name won't let me and sends me back to where I started. I even worked with someone on the phone. They couldnt help me and even said it took them two weeks to get it to work. This isn t how you do business in this day and age. This app is horrible. It needs to be able to accept any changes to your account you need to get in to do your business. Otherwise it's a waste of time.

The app really worked for me and I was able to deposit my check through the picture. Which is making my life easier

I have 3 different bank apps and this one is the worst one, , needs a lot of improvement

Love the idea of the app but it keeps crashing. Might just uninstall it.

I have attempted to set up login for a first time user. When hitting submit it takes me to a Microsoft error page.

It's good to give a new app time to grow credibility.
