So far this is a great application. My wife and I have been using it for a year. The ones we would like to have is access to pending items. Right now we have to access the website which is cumbersome on a smartphone.

Great app with easy mobile banking, but can we get fingerprint access? PayPal has it and it's much faster and easier to login.

This new app SUCKS !!! CAN'T EXPRESS MY HATE ENOUGH !!I want the old version back !! You can't look at transaction history past when they launched the new app 11/4 which has made me off in my register from day one !! HATE HATE HATE IT !! Update 9/8 : the app updated and now you can't be on the app more than a minute without it trying to kick you off !! SERIOUSLY what can you do on the app in a minute!!

Got the log in and what not changed and set up on my phone. Now it won't load anything off the "c1st screen" in the beginning. Isn't compatible with my fiance's phone so she can't look at what she has. So we have to go to Casey's to check the balance. Doesn't show pending transactions and now we are $-40 in the bank. Thanks C1..

Was reading through other reviews, dreading this app. If you do step by step it's fairly easy. Going to take a bit to get used to though.

Uploaded it once and it worked fine that first or second time. After that it just had the circle loading symbol forever and never opened again. I tried to uninstall it and reload and it did the exact same thing. Won't open at all. After just a couple uses. Also, its very minimal. You only can check balances on checking/savings and maybe transfer b/w the two accts. Doesn't allow to see loans thru the bank at all. Can't pay loans to same bank thru app. Might as still go to site directly than get this useles

Didn't have any login issues as some mentioned having to use a different username than the one they use for browsers. C 1st, you need to allow the ability to name the accounts after the website design was changed. Only 3 accounts can be named and we have around 8 accounts that makes us have to guess which one is our own. Also, you can only view a few transactions (about 2 weeks) and when I date the filter to earlier date it tells me to change the criteria. This comes off as lazy coding in my opinion.

I have to uninstall the install every other day in order to log in. Am I the only person having this problem?

Glitchy as hell. Constantly freezing, never shows up under open apps on android, doesn't even say it's installed here on Google even though I'm currently waiting on it to unfreeze and it's saved on my home screen.

Very clunky interface. Not intuitive at all. No mobile deposit. Why can c1st customers NEVER see pending transactions? I have never had a bank with an online portal that does not show them.

Going online to set it up is darn well near impossible. And this app now takes up more data on my phone then the old one. My phone doesn't hold a lot of apps. Just the basics. Now basic apps are just what came with the phone and my mobile banking.

I finally got logged on after I realized I had to create a new username that is different from what I use online. I think it's very stupid. Why can't logins just be the same?

This whole upgrade was grossly miscommunicated.obile deposits aren't available and no idea when it will be. Not only did the booklet not come until Monday after the upgrade but also was wrong. It took three calls and finally an online chat before I found out my website username couldn't be used on the mobile app and you needed your member ID number which the booklet says is your account number but then the chat lady told me oh no everyone got a new member ID that isn't their account number. Way to go.

I don't get why people are having a hard time with this and complaining so much??! I followed the directions and it let me on the first time-no problems. Haven't played around with it much, but it doesn't seem horrible, just something new. People will complain about anything these days.

Not sure why people are having trouble with this. Need to go online and get set up first, then you can set up this app.

I know that many will have issues with this new app and online banking but it can be worked through. 1) do the online banking setup NOT on your cell data an error will occur. 2) You must pay attention to the new account numbers in the online banking use the primary account number to create the mobile login. 3) When asked for your Online Banking login is when you place the login that you created to login from the web browser for Online Banking. 4) Accept all terms and conditions. 5) Login to your mobile app.

Impossible to create login for some reason. Keeps telling me passwords don't match home password. I input them in again and again. I'm not technologically challenged; well until now it appears. I use online several times a week. This needs fixed right now.

This app is absolute garbage. There is no option for mobile deposit as promised. All of my cross customer transfer settings are now gone and the functionality put in place instead requires entry each time of the transferee's account number. I hate this app!

Impossible to login, way to go C1st, you messed up the online banking and made a junk app. Why did you even change anything, it was WORKING FINE!!

Registering online first made it easier to register on the app but logging in is impossible. I get an error message every single time.

Solid app upgrade. Too soon to tell about the data usage. As far as comments about usability, you have to update the online log information prior to using the app. Check out the conversion corner on the webpage if you are having troubles.

I have used old password and even the new one they told me to use on the Conversion Corner and it keeps saying invalid, I use this app ALOT and I am highly disappointed I can't use it now.

Really wasn't even worth the one star rating. I imagine there was a good reason to re do things? This app needs fixed!
