The app is not working on my mobile. I already reached out to correct it via email but for good 5 months, no one replied.

I cant link my shine since i started (august 2016- present) using my misfit..

Cannot sync with device. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same.

Doesn't work when pairing with Misfit. Won't login using Facebook or Google. Your API is outdated.

The app is ok. It would be better and more client will be happier if this can be installed on lower version of Android.

Difficult to sync. You need to close and restart the app 2 to 3 times to get it to sync. Then, 1 month before my 1st year, syncing became almost impossible. I ended up missing more than a weed but still averaged at 9,000 steps. When my statement arrived, there was no discount. I still had to pay in full. I continued syncing it since then. This week, it has stopped letting me sync at all. Is the promo over? I didn't receive any notice. Also, the fine print does not say how many years this so-called promo will last.

Hated it. Does not sync my misfit.....please resolve this issue.

If I could give it a negative rate i would. This application really needs improvement with the sync issues and even their customer service and technical representatives. If you promised something to your customers then you should enhance your system to prove that you are genuinely willing to give the discount in your promo.

I hope the management of this manulife move could read all the comments. Me, either, couldn't link/sync with the misfit given by manulife. How can i get discount with my premium?!?!?! Anyway, i can monitor my activites with the misfit app... Sayang lang, hindi makakadiscount. Grrr... NEGATIVE COMMENTS PA MORE!

It has been morr than 2 months since my policy was approved. But until now I haven't received the promotional code thus the gadget too. I have my move account already but to no avail. I hope you can do an immediate action!

Misfit button won't work since i wanted to link a misfit account, only the fitbit button works. Take note that the Misfit app is working and running, everything is in green. How am i suppose to link the account? Please fix this problem...

Details only synced the first time i activated my account. Then no update after that. I hope the issue will be fixed

aside from the sync issue to misfit, the change password doesn't work! tried several times and it just clears the input boxes....come on!

How can I avail the discount if this app cannot sync with Misfit Shine, this is really disappointing as a new policy holder.

I thought the app was supposed to just sync with my fitbit app... nothing is happening! Do I have to press something or what??? I've so far only synced once during registration but no more the next day. Is this for one time use only?
