The only negative is if looking at items and it also has matching items, you have to look separately for them. Quite annoying having to trail through to find.

Easy to use overall. The only thing that can be a bit annoying is you'll have to sign in every single time but I guess that's for security.

Its the 1st time Ive used the app but found it pretty impressive. Lets see what happens with the delivery now but I dont anticipate any problems even though my order is going to a different address to my billing address.

Fairly easy to use. Although sometimes it goes back to the home screen for some reason so you have to do the search again. Payment is easy, and you can pay by gift cards. I've chosen to collect my items as I thought delivery charge was more than I would like.

My M and S card expires in 2019 but you told me it had expired and I had to use my bank card which means that I will not now have my points. I found the whole ordering experience unpleasant and will use it very reluctantly if ever. Mrs. E C Thomas

This app is very useful and I like it better than the app. The only thing that I do not like is that I always have to sign in again and again when it randomly signs me out but apart from that it's good.

Previous rating reviewed. All the bugs with the sparks account are now gone. Great alerts. Looks good, great filters and easy to use. Far easier than other shop apps. It took sometime to get here but now it a class app. Lovely to use

Easy to use. Good layout. Only annoying thing is frequently having to sign in - thought the whole point of these Apps was to avoid having to do that!

Easy to use and change from page to page. Particular like the enlarge product feature which can be painful on other sites but this one works well. Good app.

So far very happy. Have made two purchases within the app with no problems. Items not received yet as only just purchased so unable to comment on delivery service at present, will update once received.

Ok, though some pages had errors and needed to reload. But actually placing the order was really easy!

It keeps things in your basket but doesn't Automatically add your 20 percent off. You have to put a code in.

Great easy to use app. Navigation simple. Logically laid out in departments, so you know where to find things. Buying is easy and the check out system simple and straightforward. If I order on line, I usually pick up from my local Store.

Works as it should brilliant 5 stars keep it up and still going strong just could do with a wish bar for times when you do not need the goods at that time but still a very good service still awesome and easy to usestill great love it and still awesome clothes great fit and all ways look good what can I say still great every thing about it is great it's all was a pleasure to shop at M and s still great clothing and service

App is great for all things it can do. When it tries to load the M&S Web page inside the app it all goes sideways.

Great app. Easy to use. Doesn't have the full facilities of the m&s website but still a great app for on the go.

Changed phone from iPhone to Samsung 9 months ago was then unable to use yr site I rang Samsung today who helped me set it up on their app store so all mow ok look forward to sales!!

Keeps kicking out my sparks card and when I try to reupload the card keeps coming up with an error. Infuriating as it has done this numerous times over the last year.

Every time I select an item it tells me there was an error and takes me back to the first page, meaning I can never add anything to my basket!

All of my online orders have been delivered next day to the store. An excellent app thank you

Won't let me pick shop to get goods delivered to so I can't buy anything! Just wasted so much of my day on this I HATE this app.

The only thing I would comment on is I had to actually search for sleep wear as it wasn't on the list under women. Maybe it's my mistake?

The app doesn't recognise my password. I have tried changing it but I just kept going round in frustrated circles. Uninstalling.

Okay but a bit slow, especially when enlarging picture of item. Also sale items in basket have disappeared when going to checkout.

Good filters to refine garment selection and stock level appears to be accurate. Checkout straight forward. Delivery options clear. Enlarged images take a while to download and magnification level a bit limited.

It's a pity that my sparks virtual card can't be scanned at the food hall. Everyone I'm at the food hall I've got to hunt for my card in my bag.

App works well most of the time but does sometimes crash and will forget the basket randomly

Was not working so I uninstalled and reinstalled and logged in again. This sorted the problem I had.

Good app, but since a few weeks it has started to randomly wake up in the background and drain my battery. Must be a bug in one of the recent versions.

Love it but too easy to spend money without leaving the couch..then again my choice!

Good for ordering but once order placed it disappears into their systems can only be viewed & tracked on a web browser. Missing a trick there.

Still has a bug with filters that makes the app crash and takes you back to the homepage

Really useful app! Prompts me to add rewards to my card then automatically makes savings when you order. Easy to use and very efficient.

Like the offers that you get. Easy to use to buy goods and linked to website if you have added things to your basket from a laptop, for example.

Great app to do everything that I needed except that I couldn't see a size guide for sizes such as XL and had to check the main website for clarification. Otherwise great.

For a store that sells such nice clothing they have a really bad app i will be uninstalling it.

Easy navigation and fast menu changes! It is easy to just browse through and look at everything.
