The app does not always connect with the watch and it disconnects quit a lot. I wish they could fix this problem. Although not a bad app, it still has its bulges and glitches.

I love this watch. It's just smart enough - you can't do crazy things like book flights from your wrist, but it keeps me in the loop, in a discreet way. It does lose connection sometimes, but I'm OK with it - my messages are not life or death. I appreciate the silent alarm, and the find phone feature has saved my bacon more than once. Would LOVE to see an option to set the do not disturb for certain hours (say, midnight to 6 am) so I don't have to remember to turn it off again in the morning.

Had my Notifier a week and can't fault it. Hasn't failed me yet and has not dropped connection once. Watch battery charge is great compared to other wearables. App seems to work though not tested all the features

B70%
by B####:

The notification access setting automatically switches off on application restart. Also no notifications except for calls are appearing on the watch even after giving all permissions and accessibility access. Badly needs a bug fix or update.

Great device martain!! Has advantage s of smart watch plus the classic look of an analogue watch. SUPER One star minus because of the syncing issues. Most times app syncs with watch only after multiple trials. Need to improve on that.

This app works great with the Martian notifier watch. I heard some people have connection issues; I've been using it for a couple of weeks with my Galaxy S5 active and haven't had any problems. It's simple, but gets the job done very well.

App took over as Device administrator and crashed. No other apps downloaded. Watch was a Christmas gift worked awesome for 2 weeks. Cant reach any customer service and cannot disable app. Not cool and not fair.

Watch getting disconnected to app for every 15 mins even though my mobile is with in the range.... Each and every time I have to open the app and connect...really frustrating.. Request someone to suggest any solution

Z70%
by Z####:

Works great for controlling the watch, but I wish I could disable the alarm from the watch and not just from the app. Also, in the Help tab, the Check Firmware Version does not work at all. The app desperately needs an update, last update was 12/15.

N70%
by N####:

I love the martian notifier except for one major flaws. it can send me multiple notification for 1 message, sometimes even just for 3 messages, it will notify me 20 times even and i have to keep dismissing it

X70%

Only thing that would make this better is if you could change the order of the things that show up when you push the button. Like I'd much prefer Time-Date-Weather-Battery, that's the order of importance for me, don't like having to wait for the battery notification to go away to check the date.

It worked fine for a while. I tried to pair it to my Note 8 and it wouldn't work. Tried to pair it back to my Note 3 and it wouldn't work either. So now I'm just left with a cheap plastic watch.

Is there anybody supporting this apparently anymore? More than a year since an update leads me to believe it has been abandoned.

B70%
by B####:

Please update camera settings, always displays camera mode so weird. To be specific, it looks a little too narrow. Please fix and I will rate 5 star!!!!!! Also I get double notified on everything! Fix this!!!!!!

Z70%
by Z####:

Every time my phone dies and comes back on the watch won't connect. When I try to reconnect the watch it won't give me the option to locate the watch. It just keeps saying searching. I have to delete the app and reinstall it two or three times for the watch to pair to my phone. I have to turn the watch off and on and unselecte the android setting over and over again. The whole pairing process is annoying and makes me regret buying this watch.

Useful but somewhat limited. As a heavy sleeper I would love to see alarms last longer than a minute before snoozing and allow more than 5 alarms. Weather is never for my location.

1)If you're Bluetooth isn't on and you try 2 connect the watch, you get a FC. 2)Please give options to remove/change notification icon.

Ioved the notifier watch a lot. It's a great innovation. But since, maximum times I get sms and other messages in hindi (which is not displayed by Martian Notifier) so it would be too kind of you if you add hindi language to its notifications also. Problem faced by me is that even if the Martian Notifier app continues to run in background in my android 5 smartphone , many a times I don't get notifications for Incoming Calls & sms, rest all apps gives real time notifications, request help.

X70%

I love the watch (mostly the price) and the app is well done, but doesn't offer anything fantastic. My biggest complaint is that there will always be a notification on the lock screen and up on the notification bar. I would also like it if the watch displayed the date before the battery level on the watch's menu.

Moto X OS 5.1 did find that I had too many older Bluetooth devices on phone. Read that if more than 3 can cause connection bugs. forget all, connect watch 1st then your other Bluetooth devices. All good!

I haven't had any issues so far with the watch or the app, even when paired with multiple devices (watch and car, or watch and headset). A tip for anyone else who is bothered by this and on 5.0 or above, block notifications in "App notifications" and it goes away, but the app will still forward alerts to the watch if granted "Notification access."

Love the watch and app. Works as advertised. Very comfortable to wear and looks good. Been using it for about two months now with no issues. Lets me know whats going on without reaching for my phone all the time, or dragging it around the house with me. Bought the watch at a discounted price. Wish it had mineral glass lense, as acrylic lense is prone to scratching a lot easier.

Works excellently as advertised would be nice to have a pedometer and sleep monitor but not critical. I would love to see the battery monitor and connection status on the watch moved to past the date and weather. Would involve less staring at my watch waiting for info. Great product for 30 bucks

I feel like with the 3 axis accelerometer, there should be some support for a step counter much like a fitbit. I don't get why this isn't a supported function. Other than that...it's ok. Nothing more...nothing less.

i love the watch it is what i need, but there should be more features in the app such as: silencing a specific group on whatsapp. sometimes notifications are repeated. when i open the app where notifications come from, i keep getting notifications on watch. android music control could be really nice too

I've got Martian Notifier and boy what a hell I'm going through. The Bluetooth disappears/disconnect 2-3 after connecting. I've uninstall and reinstall the app severally but still the same. I've set my Huawei P8 Lite and the Martian Notifier both on factory settings but still finding it difficult for the Bluetooth to stay on. I'm giving 1 star cos I'm being generous. I was lookin for a negative 5 stars to give as an aggrieved customer of Martian Notifier. Hope somebody will help me here.

This app works properly with the Martian Notifier watch, but its features and UI design are both poor. Many of the included features are of little utility, and several obvious (to me) features are absent. Add a useless, persistent notification tray icon, and you have an app that technically works as advertised, but is not very useful. And Martian apparently does not offer any kind of API access for independent programmers to fix these issues. I'm glad the watch only cost me $20.

For those having problems because of watch getting disconnected after the phone locks.Go to settings and find the option "Protected Apps"find martian notifier listed there and turn on the option. This will protect the app and it will not get killed after you lock the phone. So Bluetooth connection will stay on.Mind you keep the Martian app running in the background don't close it.

A little glitchy, and loses connection frequently, but for the price you really can't beat it. 5 stars if you fix the glitches!

Love the "leach" feature, stops me from leaving phone behind. Had great experience with 1st watch, so I ordered another one in a different color. 2nd watch vibration feature doesn't adjust from weak to strong. Stays at medium.

I had no trouble with it. I wanted something a little different and inconspicuous than wearing the Galaxy smart watches which are still my primary wrist wear. I like the functionality and it's exactly what I wanted. More low key but very stylish and I don't have to answer all the questions about my Galaxy. This wrist wear is not as busy as the others which I like.

X70%

Couldn't they add templates for quick reply to texts? They have the option to cancel calls, adding this would be a neat feature. The app review comes in place so we get to add custom templates

X70%
by X####:

The interface is clunky, but more than that the app permanently leaves an icon in the tray that can only be hidden by disconnecting from the watch or completely disabling all notifications for the app in the android settings. Not great.

Watch is great, but the app is majorly flawed. I have the app set to allow the watch to unlock my phone based on proximity. Good feature but it randomly turns on auto-locks and shuts the phone off (not power off, though). It's a minor quirk when I'm texting or browsing the web, but when I'm watching a video or playing games, it's a huge headache. And the phone requires me to use my fingerprint scanner (my backup) instead of the watch. I know it's the app since I've never had auto-lock issues before install.

Having major problems getting it to work - still cannot get app to respond to gmail and Nest Protect. Should have got a Pebble!

Concept really good but now getting dodgy adverts on my T6 Pro which try to install things? My advise = Make sure install from unknown sources is disabled in your security settings before installing this application or you might end up with something you didn't want!
