App doesn't work. Won't accept my password so tried resetting password - comes back saying there was an issue and to log out and login again. I can't log out if I can't log in in the first place. Resetting keeps coming up with same issue so basically it's unusable. Worst app ever.

Utter garbage. Same password issue as others where resets don't work. Furthermore, calling their support line got them to send a reset code that can't be used because it contains letters and numbers (not JUST numbers). Even before this, when I could sign in, the app crashed regularly. The iron of calling this app "quicker" would be hilarious if it wasn't so infuriating.

Thanks for the £10 off but this app is useless and there is absolutely NO NEED for an app like this. It has no practical use and crashes frequently when paying which is worrying. If you want to split a bill just ask the person serving you...

Worked well for me. Easy to install and use. The search function appears useless though. I was searching on a town where I know the app can be used and nothing came up. Only appeared when I entered the name of the pub.

It's ok but it can't be moved to external storage so might have to delete.

Worked really well for me - split a meal between 4 people really easily. I hope this is the future

App kepd saying my device is rooted when it isnt and crashed after several attemps to pay then, somehow added a confusing extra 70p. Dont see how this is in any way quicker but worth a go for the promotional discounts.

Doesn't work

Terrible sign up process - tried to register the first time and it failed in the last stage. Won't let me sign in or reset password, just says 'a problem occured - sign out and sign in again'. Useless

Had £30 worth of QKR credit to use by recommending the App to so many people - £15 of it expiring in the next 48 hours and the App totally refused to work for both myself AND my friend - ended up having to pay the bill in cash after a sold 30 minutes of trying to get the thing to work. Rubbish.

Too much messing around passwords, account locking for 30mins, table number log in changes, and thus spoils a dinner experience

No locations in Canada. Did a search and app came up with 2 locations 6000 km away. UNINSTALLED.

The voucher codes offered didn't work

Poorly designed, endless loops

Actually worked perfectly at Byron. An app like this working at more restaurants would be awesome

DO NOT USE 5x password changes, 4 re-registrations of cards, 70min wasted trying to submit payment. Staff at Byron old us NO ONE has successfully used Qkr without frustration. Not worth it. Ended up paying by card as usual. Only tried it to use promotion. Straight in the uninstall pile. Waste of time and life.

Not intuitive interface. Rewards system unclear. Referred friends, tried to redeem credit but not allowed. Customer service responded after 2 emails and sent a list of restaurants participating in referral credit. Not a good way to build a loyal customer base.

It took ages to connect and kept showing connection errors and other errrors. But when i succesfully set it up- it was very useful and quick to pay and split the bill. Mastercard appologised for all the errors amd sent me £5 credit - would happily use again iif the connection issues were fixed.

Appallingly developed. Many features are very un user-friendly. Locking me out of my account for 30min because you don't supply a proper field for me to enter my address to reset my password? Stupid.

I cant register. I know exactly what is causing the issue and it is an easy fix. But 3 months later they havent made the simple change. Support is an overseas centre who struggle understanding basic concepts.

Fab app. Great to be able to walk out of the restaurants without having to wait for the bill. Works well. There is a coffee cart near my office which is really cool to be able to order ahead and pick up my coffee skipping the queue

The inconvenience of convenience. Appalling, useless, and a complete waste of time. This is middle management intellect at it's finest.

It's taking 30-40min to submit an order, as I get repeated server error messages. Can't they sort out maintenance at a time other than 7-8am on a school day?

Great app and very convenient. There is some problems with UI, specially when adding something to the cart, the notification blocks the confirm and pay button.

So frustrating. Doesn't work. Could not submit payment. Said all sorts of errors. No network connection. Timed out etc. Hopeless

The app itself is ok, but the back-end service is appalling. It fails all the time, just when you need to use it

Was ok to use, not fantastic, until a few weeks ago, now I have to repeat every step multiple times and it is having a connection error with every step. Certainly not quicker than anything!

Crashed all the time. No good when you need to order school lunches

It took 45 mins to sync which ment splitting the bill in the restaurant was an excruciating experience!

Simple easy and saves me time. Works well.

Good when it works but as per all the other reviews, it isn't working. This app is essential at my daughter's school and when you can't get in to pay for things during school hours it makes for a very frustrating experience.
