Using a cheap sms service, the SMS came very late, but after many tries I kept getting verification SMSs with different verification codes and none of them worked. Being cheap on SMS services will cost you losing customers

The ad on instagram shows an hourly rate that's half of what they actually charge you after luring you to install the app. Don't waste your time. Uninstalling

I wanna use this app but when I start booking through it gives me it seem that we don't have available times for your booking during the next week please try later. The App doesn't give me any options to insert my available time?!

I am trying to book my cleaning and it is keep saying unavailable and then crashing. Please help

I really want to use this service but the app takes time to open and gets glitchy which spoils the user experience and prevents me from making a successful booking. Please fix this.

Every single time I've tried to book a cleaner of my choice, the booking is accepted. Only to realize later, a different maid is sent for cleaning every single time! This happened 5 TIMES - Despite complaining using customer service contacts on the app and on e-mail, the problem was not acknowledged or resolved by the management. Totally awful customer service and useless app.

Took me less than two minutes to understand and book the first service. Should have the option to book more than one cleaner for same visit.

Very bad service divery, i kept asking for one person to be assigned to come for my visit and was promised that it is done but when the appointement comes an different girl show up , which is very inconvenient for me , uninstalled the app

Tried to add address application refuzed. Tried to add promo code appication again refuzed. And then the chatting agent said she will add the address and promo. Nothing is working in this app. Dont recommend.

The team are great and prompt. Price is very reasonable and the cleaners are great. Highly recommend their service. Keep up the good work!!

I used the matic app for booking and started using it over and over again. The services are just over the expectations.

Still not controlled in Riyadh, just collecting customers, just wasting time, my advice is manage and control your business before launching
