About Quick Position Save
This app will help you saving easily and quickly your GPS location, while you are walking, or driving, to use it at home or send it to a friend.
It will be really useful to save the location of a noticable place, to send your location to a friend, or to save a POI location.

About permissions:
- GPS position : of course, GPS position access is needed...
- access to SD card : needed to write positions files before sharing

Only 2 problems I find. First is it only saves coordinates and second is the gps is slightly off. I still find it better than allot of these other apps though

Rather than using other GPS track logging apps, which always let me down as inevitably the GPS loses its fix several times, I use this app to save multiple waypoints on my treks and then generate my track myself later. It has a bug though: if you rename a saved position, it loses the date and time and sets it to 01 January 1970. I can work around this however by, instead of renaming within the app, backing up the data, then manually editing the file with a text editor, then restoring. Plus, as a bonus, though I don't know how, it helps my phone get a GPS fix faster than any other app I've used.
