Used it once to do laundry then kept asking for me to login and when I tried it always said unable to log on. Complete waste of time. Whoever developed this app:good concept but did not develop the application well. AT ALL.

Don't even bother, get a card from your landlord or building. App freezes, locks you out of your account and for some reason won't let you reset your password or find your username if you forget it. It takes you to Mastercard online instead of just letting you reset your password. Worst way to do laundry ever.

Absolutely NEVER works to operate or pay for any machine. Although it did once charge me anyway. The most that you are able to do is monitor when a machine is finished.

The app does not work at all, I have zero functionality from this app- cannot even select my location to get it started. Neat idea though!

Losing money with this... You pay to use a washer, washer starts maybe after the 6th attempt. So you just paid 6 times

Kept saying "updating machine status" then it updated and said no machines available. I was standing in the laundry room and only 2 dryers out of like 10 were in use and only 3 dryers out of like 15 were in use. Maytag needs to call the repair man on this one cause they didn't even try.

It worked for allowing me to wash my clothes, then wouldn't let me login to use a dryer. Neat concept but the darn thing just doesn't work.

I am unable to log in and even though I can log into my masterpass account. A support function is required for this app

The list of available machines is not always correct. making this app useless. Adding extra time to the dryer doesn't work.

Good luck getting this to work. Has been down for months & prior to that was a shot in the dark getting it to work.

Now that the bugs are fixed, the app is great. It's great to check in to see if anyone is using the machines and now that paying via the app is working, the app is perfect.

I tried to do laundry on a Tuesday night when it was not busy. After a half hour of trying to get the app to update so that I could select my dryer, the dryer refused to turn on (I was still charged for it). When I called the help desk, I got a voicemail telling me to call back during normal business hours. That is useless when I need to get my laundry done before work tomorrow. I will be switching back to the manual way thank you very much.

When this app first became available in my building it worked great! What a nice concept. But in the past month it says there are NO washing machines and NO dryers ALL THE TIME when clearly there are machines available. I'm Uninstalling it. Too bad :(

Never works.charges card and the machine wont start.
