Cannot create account nor get Bluetooth to sync

App won't find the dolphin unit as many people have posted.

Still will not connect using Bluetooth. Uninstall than reinstall seems the only way to get it to work. Paid a lot of money for this!!!!!!!!

This app use to work until it was updated now it will not connect at all.

The latest version of the app is better then the last. It doesn't crash on launch anymore, but it also no longer connects to my Dolphin Premium at all. Oh well, the only thing I could do with my unit with the old app was change the color of the LED and manually steer it around. All other features advertised in video for the app are disabled on the "exclusive, on-line only Premium" model.

Doesn't work with S300i model. After many minutes - it finally connects only to say something to the affect of "Active but this model not available". So can't do manual drive, programming, anything.... other than to know it's powered on or off!

Works fine on my Galaxy S8 using the 300i. Manual driving takes getting used to but I like the "tilt" function (tilt your phone to control direction). Bluetooth range is an issue - it cuts out at a shorter distance than a music player, and sometimes requires you to go back and stand beside the power unit to reconnect. But it's a very useful app.

This app won't communicate with my dolphin Triton PS Plus and a brand new note 8 too. I submitted a email to dolphin. They sent me a new power source too and it still doesn't work. Tech support is no help. I have a 4G and 80% Wi-Fi with blue tooth connectivity. What a waste of money.

Latest update like others mentioned can't get to work with the top of the line unit 300i worked great last year new update now won't??? For the pricing of these units these updates should be tested and updated asap with issues

This app does not work for the Samsung Galaxy S8. Once the app is downloaded, it attempts pair with the nearest robot but fails. I try to connect it directly through the S8's Bluetooth control but it requires a PIN which I do not have. This app cannot detect my Nautilus CC.

Just awful. Bad functionality and doesn't connect reliably. A child could write a better app. Went through the recommended steps. Says only 'Current mode unavailable'. I could write a better app in 2 weeks in my spare time. Requires constant press to move in manual mode - when it works which is never.

Update: Had issues with android as I have location and storage turned off in the app. turn it on and it will work fine. Thank you maytronics for alerting me to this issue. Didnt work on my S5 but works on S7. Needs to have the ability to ve programmed to run more than once per day. Instead of a delay mode mode have an extra clean mode Update June 17 - Doesn't work on S7 now since latest update. Really frustrating as most of the features are on the app. Update august 17 - Still doesn't connect on android Samsung S7.

Disappointed manual drive—a key ability of the app and selling point of the product does not work. I am very dissatisfied.

faultless app.. surprised by the negative reviews.. some for non equipped models. That's not the fault of this app, you're just stupid.

The old app worked great and connected almost instantly on my new M500 that is two weeks old. Now the new update does not connect at all. I am using a S8+ phone. Please fix it.

Worked great on iphone but wont connect on Android. **update** I uninstalled/re installed and now it works fine.

I am sitting with my Samsung S8 plus right next to unit and still looses connection all the time and starts searching for new robot. Cant do anything else not even looking at manual during search phase. App needs improving.

E app will not connect to robot on Samsung S7 edge.my son has S8 and it connects ok. I can see the blue tooth connection when I manually search but I do not have a pin so cannot test connection. The loading screen just sits on looking for robot. The robot is my500

This version will not allow me to manually steer the cleaner. "Mode not available at this time". Please revert back to previous version of the app while you work out the bugs with this version.

Can not find my Triton cleaner. Done all the steps listed in previous reviews. Such a shame that I won't work. Motorala Z and tried on iPhone, same results. *My manual instructions me to download the app, and the box says in has app support.

No longer works on my Pixel phone after latest update. Cannot locate the device. Manual drive useless if unable to connect.

UPDATE August 2017: now this 'updated app' does not even find the dolphin or power controller. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The weekly timer is programmed on my app and the robot ignores it every time! When the robot is due to start it does NOTHING then the app tells you when the next scheduled operation is (purported to be). Tested this 4 times. Everything in the app seems prepared and the timer is ON. Annoying (at night) flashing light on the power box when is in this mode. I don't want to have a constant flashing led blinking in my yard every night!

Latest upgrade will not work on samsung 8 foir m500 unit. It does not connect to the robot.

Ever since the last upgrade to the app I cannot connect to my Active 30i and support doesn't seem to care

The information sought is included in the initial review yet either the AI or the hourly employee posts the same questions as on every other review: [Original review follows->] Google Pixel XL on Android 8.0. Got it to pair only once. After that, often cannot find it or requires 2-3 mins. Am standing within range. WiFi and cellular data enabled. Got it to appear only once after that cannot find often and standing within range. Causes Android 8.0 to crash. Bluetooth LE settings take forever- 2-3 mins to pair. App does not function correctly, crashing often.

Love the new version. Works well with my model. The new interface looks good and self explanatory... Makes me want to play with it all the time... Good job!!!

Great app! Love the new design, the new version is better and introduced a lot of features and improvements. Also I can feel the performance boost. I really recommend it!

Latest version has removed the timer function with the S300i. While I'm on it, why was it a weekly timer needing to be reset each week and not just a general schedule?

Doesn't connect to power supply! Please fix!

Will no longer connect after latest update. I cannot use the feature that was the main reason I bought this unit.

Can connect but cant command USA S300i via android 7.1.1 or on IOS 10.3.3. Can not set cleaning mode.
