Unable to use service after installing as it doesn't recognise my airtel no as airtel. Thus no OTP received. Very annoying as such ordinary bug still exists and no action taken to resolve. Better to change the provider to Vodafone as the Vodafone callertune works absolutely fine.

Unable to use after subscribing the service. Still asking me to subscribe. I will not recommend this product to anyone.. When I installed I thought this product will work like Verizon call intercept. But this is no were close to that... Please refund my money

Dear Developer, How couldn't you fix the bug/error which is still existing to many. Subscribed for Customised Profile and still it's asking to Subscribe. Kindly Fix it. Do it for full so that no one else could face it again. #peace ✌

I have been using this app for more than 2 years now. It has improved alot. However i have one problem. Earlier It played "not reachable"in the "not available profile" which was awesome. But now it says busy only.I hope u will restore it back.

It's seem to be good to use but unfortunately it doesn't work after subscription. Even airtel care also doesn't suggest mcarbon customer care details. One will be confused to get after subscription support!

I was using ACM since long. Suddenly since yesterday (15.10.2017) it started blocking all incoming calls. I am getting only message about blocking. Even AIRTEL Customer care people are not in a position to resolve it. Please help me in this event by allowing me to get the INCOMING CALLS

This app is not working properly. Not getting OTP to activate. Two of my three mobile numbers having same issue. Other one mobile, acm is working fine. I have been using it for several years for that number. Specific two mobile numbers not working. Complaint email sent to ACM support mcarbon, several days before with my phone number, but no response till now. Very bad of you. Absolutely useless software. After waiting for several days, I gave complaints to airtel customer care also twice and they assured resolving this issue in 48 hours. Now its several days gone and issue not fixed , no call from ACM team at all. This shows ACM team and developer's careless attitude and irresponsibility. UPDATE: After my complaint to Nodal officer of Airtel, the issue is fixed. Now it works fine, atlast after several months.

Reinstalled acm 5 days back due to mob master reset, and unable to receive OTP till now in acm. Called airtel and they neglected the issue. Even mailed a complaint to mcarbon email and still no reply. Now all my blacklisted calls I am unable to manage. Seriously you guys are a real time nuisance... Seriously

This app is not working properly totally bogus app. So please do not waste your money to subscribe

most useless software i have ever used. had to run ussd to get out of a profile. its a shame on technology

It's not working properly ..one of the worst app in the market now..I have paid 90 rupees for 120 days but it stopped working after exactly fifteen days..still m waiting for activation..

This app is absolutely useless. Amount got debited from my account but the subscription is not active even after 3 days. Pls refund

Waste... i am using Airtel only but when i tried to register it says that use airtel number only.. am not getting OTP to register even am using AIRTEL number only

I have downloaded this app in my iphone7 i have created a profile for hellotune. It'S completed sucessfully but after that my all calls are getting blocked. I don't knw why nd how to correct it..

App was super,but i am facing some technical error.when i going to unsubscribe it always shows error like " sorry please try after some time "and few days onwords app was not working properly.....please solve this issue as much as early

Its a good app but must have option to allow call from phonebook contacts. Sometimes you cannot put all of your contacts in always allow list

I can't even registered my airtel number as it says only airtel users allowed and funny thing I am a airtel user

It only says this number is not valid. No greeting message is being announced.
