Eurest Heathrow

Despite several reinstalls, all I get is a message stating that it cannot connect to the server. Poor effort.

Unable to open up app....reinstalled and still problems.....constant failed to initialise message appearing..... absolutely poor.....

This is an app which you go to as you are about to pay. If that is the ment it requires an update, for you to sign in again and therefore holds you up, it is poorly thought through. Think about the USER when designing the app!

Rubbish app disabled my account with no good reason now I can't use the staff canteen.

In this day of needing to have a huge number of passwords for all manner of sites the use of password management programmes is essential for personal security. Currently this app prevents overwriting which prevents LastPass from inserting my 21 digit alphanumeric password. A huge pain, so down rated for user interface. Cheers

Load of absolute bloody rubbish. I have an email.saying I am validated but when I enter the details to sign in it says I am not recognised. Cobblers

It will not let me in. It keeps telling me that my Internet is down and try again. This has been done on numerous occasions and yet I keep getting the same message. Rubbish!

Only ever worked once, and even then it was an absolute mission to get it working! Now it has logged me out and won't let me log back in quoting invalid details, I've tried changing my password several times still not working! I was told by a Eurest member of staff this morning to "apply for a card it's easier but it takes a long time" a lot of grief for wanting to purchase a pint of milk! Please sort it out!!!!

Terrible eurest LHR terminal 3 so slow anf the foods cold the time you use this silly app makes it even worse shocking

Will not let me sign in, changed password and it still says invalid id. Needs fixing or i will be eating elsewhere

Login problems at the start but nothing special now it's working.

Registered on line and validated. Trying to log in on app now and not happening. Keep getting message my connection is down which it is not.. rubbish app have no card now so want be going to the canteen.

This app never lets me login. And won't let me create a new account

Useless app. Registered and told I'm now live. Download the app, enter login info and get the message 'login failed'. Shite

Recently joined through work but the app will not let me sign in which like everyone else it is annoying to boot I have no option but to get the card. So much for the updated version

This app is not helpful to consumers.It's easier to use The card for discount. Thank you
