I just got off the phone with Customer Service about this following issue for my Doorbell Camera HSDB1: I have an Android Samsung S6 with RCA Security App version 18.104.22.1681 on my phone. I noticed that through Google Play it is showing latest version as 22.214.171.1248, not the one I just downloaded on 02/22/18. Through Google Play, it shows that I have it already installed it. According to Customer Service, the issue that I am having is that there is supposed to be under "Settings" an option to allow me to adjust the Motion Detection Sensitivity to either Low, Medium or High. I do not have that option on my Android phone's app, but they are telling me that they have it for the Apple App. Any help would be appreciated.
The customer service stinks with company. They don't listen over the phone and they transfer you to the wrong people. I guess they are all just glad to have a job but aren't concerned about doing there job right. I was transferred 4 times and none of them could help me.
Works pretty well with my RCA doorbell, I'd like to see some more features added over time in order to get my rating up to 5 stars.
