I ordered bean bag, lamp, carpets and a table. The products were delivered within a week and they were, to my surprise, absolutely fine. Have recommended the same to my friends. Mebelkart and team are still building up , hence I think some issues. But for me, the experience was hassle-free. Keep trying Mebelkart, you have the potential to be the best player in this area ! :-) (Can share order IDs if needed ) :-)

My product came after 2 monthd and since last 20 days, no one has come for installation.Worst customer service and no response from any one. This company should be banned in India to do any sort of business. The amount of time , money and energy spent to chase these buggers for their scheduled work is beyond tolerance.

We received a damaged & poor quality product. We registered a proper complaint for product return. We called to customer care Many times... no response at all. Hereafter we won't buy from ur site. I don't know wen will u guys respond & return our money back... guys plz don't buy anything from this site...

Hide product model hence we can not search the same product in other stores. Not provide full specification, hide some factor to misguide customer. Beget you chose pepperfry app for furniture shopping .

Ordered a coffee table nearly 20 days back and it took this foolish company so much time to inform that the order is cancelled. If you people do not have any responsibility for procurement of goods why do you just waste the time of people here. What should you be held liable for. It was good that I had marked it for COD, else if I would have paid and asked for cancellation then these cheaters would have provided thousands of obnoxious reasons of loss to the company and vendor. Avoid these people.

please don't buy anything from this site, i have purchase material with full payment online, but tillvdate no material delivered to me and no money refunded . It is fraud and cheater, even i contact so may time to customer care and also done many mail but every time they have no respond and complaining on mebelekart website they are always telling we forwarded to consult team and passing time. this web site is pure cheater and fraud. they are always get chance how to take your money without sending good

Ordered a Cupboard on April 1st, no response yet. Everytime when contactedcontacted, they delay the promise to deliver for next 15 days. This should be banned. Don't know when I will get my refund after my cancellation.

Unknowingly I ordered for the product which is suppose to be deliver which I order on 11th May by paying full and unfortunately order another product bed by partial payment . I cannot see any respond from the company and no one picking up the call . I just saw review and I think I have to take legal procedure on the company

Please do not buy anything from this site. Their service is so poor. I ordered 2 beds and a mattress. Since purchasing I have repeatedly called them and asked whether the mattress will fit the bed or not. No response from their side to finally realize the mattress is not of the size as per the beds. I asked them to either change the order or cancel my order repeatedly over mail as well over phone to which my order was only partially cancelled. Moreover 10% of the payment is deducted from the refund because.

Do not order even if u get the product at 50% discount. If u want to wait till eternity and deal with several unnecessary people like courier, delivery guys, etc and almost no customer service.. go for it. It was pain!

It's a good app but customer engagement is missing. No update is given once the product has been shipped or even processed. An item I had placed an order for was cancelled 5 days after placing the order but the money was refunded quickly. Product quantity is pretty decent. However they must work on the customer engagement for successful retention.

I ordered an item on 5th May. According to their site, the product should have been shipped between 9th to 11th May and delivered by 16th to 18th. But the product has not been shipped yet,till today, 20th May. I have sent at least 5 mails with no reply. Their call center never picks up the call. Throughout the day they play record "all agents are busy" bla bla and disconnect the call after a while. I made the payment and they are now not responding. Complete fraud. They exist only in app and site.

I placed an order on 12th aug the product is still not shipped. There is no way you can contact them. They say your account has been suspended. Their customer care phone number is not working and the link provided does not open. More over the app is not responding . Please do not buy anything from this site. They are Fraud

Worst company order a bed on 5th may delivered on about completion of 3 month after so many escalation. Now i hav to go through same harassment for installation as well, family members make fun of me for this worst decision of my life

Products dont get delivered.. & after a dozen emails or so..still no reply from them.. 1 product delivered after repeated emails.. But that too after a MONTH.. & DAMAGED! Definitely won't Recommend any1 to use this app or site..& I hope their investors are listening & don't bother funding them cos these guys certainly don't bother about their clients!! AT ALL! Actual FRAUDS!

Looted lot of common ppl money, customer care not at all working, they vanished,,CEO is from IIT Kanpur.. These ppl should be behind bars.. is this what IIT ans do? For such fraud only you ppl studying in premiere institutes ? Give back our money or beg in the road don't cheat ppl

Does not worth even 1* .It is a badmash company,it is fraud,cheater, black spot on e commerce Inds. I had booked a dining table and paid token amount too.After rigorous followup of a month plus, damaged and different colour product was delivered and it was not only incorrect product but was of less than the ordered dimensions. After lodging the return request they have suspended my user a/c, customer care is not getting connected. No response of mails.Thinking of legal action, if issues are not resolved..

Though I have seen lots of negative comments about the Service part of mebelkart, I have purchased some furniture from thus site and I am satisfied with its performance and quality of the items delivered. Of late I found that the mobile app is not functioning. Something like " wakeup ur internet connection - ur net connection is too slow to open the site " pops up when I try to open the program. Request you guys to rectify that in case if no one has brought this to notice

Fake application, beware of these launderers, shameful people. Seems this is fake company with no registered address. Please don't buy anything.

Everytime I install this it won't even open and says it needs more speed to reach the server... Wtf ? how much does you need? 175kbps is not enough? Even fb needs 5kbps ... This app really sucks

i ordered for magic vegitable cutter on april 7th. i paid the money also. but still nw i didnt get my item and money also
